Of course its not official. You would find it on Inter.it had it been so. This news came from http://www.ilreca.it/news/ even though now it seems they deleted this article...

Yeah mostly looks like locatelli...
Lampard would be good but looks like scolari is not ready to let him go.....Do we have any other options?No lampard,no deco,no aquilani....Who else is available?
Joaquin is good talent and would be a nice addition to our squad but he should not come in at the expense of quaresma....I really hope we have signed ricardo now that scolari has signed for chelsea, he may decide to rope him as well along with deco....

I dont really see the new appointment of Scolari as a big problem towards signing Quaresma. I mean he aint even playing him in the first 11 at the Euros, prefering Simao to him. Surely, Scolari doesnt see him as an 'unmissable target' for his Chelsea.
