I can't see Adebayor leaving Arsewipe. I rarely trust these reports which originate within Italy, and trust them even less when its about an EPL based player. Adebayor seems like he's very settled there and I don't think he'd leave.

Apparently your BF said this:

Great...right when I defend the BF, he goes and says something like this...Not less important than a signing, my ass. He was our player...OUR PLAYER!!!
We brought home a keeper all right; the same 'keeper who couldn't cut it with us and not enough with any of the fifty teams he was loaned to either (or so it seems)...
Does he choose his words carefully to infuriate the supporters or something?..."We will see if we get another great striker"...the "we will see" is bad enough as it is and then he slips in an "another great striker"...ha ha ha...i will now drown myself in alcohol...

The Italian left the Blues in turmoil on Tuesday after rejecting their embarrassing attempt to make him their new boss.

In fact, Ancelotti only agreed to stay at AC Milan if they promised to sign Drogba.

Ancelotti made the demand during a 90-minute meeting with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani on Tuesday.

Galliani then admitted Milan are currently in talks with Chelsea over the transfers of Drogba and Andriy Shevchenko.

hahaha, classic quote by the bf, and great post rob, agree completely. it's sounded as if that quote was intended to be sarcastic, only it wasn't, which is what is so depressing. we brought back a keeper we loaned out because of suckitude, he was even worse than dida, and that is supposed to make teams envious? or a player that we owned for 10 mil + another player we owned and will perhaps pay a lot more to get back in the future?

i like drogba, i think he would be a great fit, but i don't know how quickly he would adjust. but my biggest issue with him is not his lack of class, but his advanced age. adebayor would definitely be my favorite from the out-and-out strikers out there, and i also want dinho. if we get those players, i will praise this as a fantastic summer of transfers.

I find it hard to believe that Milan didn't make a move for Amelia. He has signed for Palermo for something in the region of Ã¢â€šÂ¬8m. Some may still have there doubts about him to become a top-class goalie but he is still better than anything in Milan right now, and he is Italy's number two. At least he stayed in Italy.

i'm not to sure what to think of him, because he, like borriello, is a one season wonder [so far]. but lets see how he does in the euros then we'll be able to know what to think of him.

no, gomez is not a one-season wonder. he was pretty brilliant last season for stuttgart as well, only that he got injured for a long time. last year he managed to stay healthy.
