And Belrusconi says R10 is not really needed. If Barca are serious about their 40 millions then they better deal with Man City, Chelsea or any other plastic clubs that have plenty of money but little history.

For me the important is to get an enforcement in attack, be it an AM like R10 or a striker like Dorgba or whatever. We can be flexible. It could be anybody. Furthermore, I think signing Zambrotta should be a priority, I dont think we'll differ with Barca on his price, should be between 7-10 millions. Imagine having Zambro as RB or LB based on other fullbacks availability and form, instead of dealing with half-players like Favalli or Cafu...massive improvement

mutu got a red card, the second yellow for dissent, in todays game. we all know fiorentina are very very uncreative without him. lets hope his absence in their next game causes them to drop points again; and if we beat napoli and fiorentina draw, then we'll be guaranteed 4th spot!!

we're still good friends, and we email each other every other day or so. but that's it, and i am definitely not coming back.

we really don't have to deal with barca to sign ronaldinho. we already have an agreement with him on salary, so we can just get him to buy out the rest of his contract, with our money, of course. we definitely need an attacker, probably two because gila will most likely, if i could bet on this i would, go to fiorentina for sebastian frey. it is a move that would make a lot of sense for everyone. he is definitely leaving, though, he hasn't started a game in a while.

i am really starting to see gattuso leave at the end of the season; i hope he doesn't, but now we have three top class dms (plus emerdason, but he will most likely leave), and a maximum of two starting spots between them. this would mean that we ay have two italian international players leaving the club and so we need to bring in two others to replace them. zambrotta would be the first, so maybe toni would be the other. it will be an interesting summer, and one way or another we would need a player like toni. alternatively, we could try to bring in borriello again, but i don't believe that would work out once again.

in: flamini, frey, dinho, toni, zambrotta (that is a lot, but we may only get one of toni and dinho)
out: old brazilians, simic, favalli and brocchi hopefully, gila, (gattuso - but i hope not), oliveira, borriello
loan: paloschi, our future number nine, and maybe even digao.

it will be interesting to see if any players from our youth teams will be able to step up next season. we could use another defender, too, because although we still have quality there, a team like inter will always find a way to score against us, because we have no answer for their height.

mutu's suspension is definitely good news, it will cancel out pirlo's suspension for us.

Great move by the club, his salary btw. is about 4 million euros, so not excessive considering our wage strcuture and that we're talking about a dynamic, highly-rated 24 year old mid who was available on a free (got good experience too in top flight football, both in EPL and CL).
