Juve, 60 milioni per il mercato

Oltre ad Amauri e Mancini, il club punta su Flamini, Lampard e Pasqual

TORINO, 19 aprile - Sessanta milioni freschi da investire sul mercato. E' questa la quota che avrà a disposizone la dirigenza bianconera per rinforzare la rosa in vista della prossima stagione che vedrà la squadra di Ranieri impegnata in Champions. Gli investimenti più importanti verranno fatti per il centrocampo e per l'attacco vistoche in difesa è già stato acquistato da tempo lo svedese Mellberg.

MANCINI E AMAURI - Della spesa preventivata, circa 12- 15 milioni di euro se ne an­dranno per firmare il contratto di acquisto di Amauri. Altri 20 ce ne vorranno per far arrivare a Torino Mancini, l’esterno creativo che nei piani bianconeri do­vrebbe surrogare il talento e il genio di Ned­ved. Con la Roma, però, il discorso è sta­to allargato a un’ipotesi di scambio, con Ia­quinta dirottato nella Capitale. Si vedrà.

CENTROCAMPO - Il resto del budget verrà utilizzato per portare in bianconero almeno un pezzo da novanta del calcio europeo. Si parla di Flamini dell’Arsenal (in scadenza di contratto e quindi acquistabile senza spende­re un solo euro) e di Frank Lampard, pallino di Ranieri che, con il contratto che ter­mina nel 2009, è in regime di svincolo Fifa an­ticipato: spesa di circa 10-12 milioni. Ancora calda la pista che porta al maliano Diarra che nel Real Madrid non ha avuto vi­ta facile questa stagione.

TERZINO - Per quanto riguarda i terzini sinistri, si è parla­to di Grosso del Lione, di Dosse­na dell’Udinese, ma potrebbe tornare in auge la candidatura del viola Pasqual (per il quale la Fiorentina chiede non mano di 7 milioni di euro).

French international Mathieu Flamini's current Arsenal contract is due to expire in the summer, and the combative midfielder has not yet signed a new deal - despite the fact that a reported £50,000 a week offer has been on the table for him for more than a month.

Now the Gunners fear that Flamini may already have given the nod to a pre-contract agreement with Italian side Juventus, who have been courting him for some time. The Arsenal chairman, Peter Hill-Wood, admits that they may reluctantly be forced to part company soon with their defensive midfield star, who made such an impact alongside Cesc Fabregas in the centre of the park for Arsenal this season.

"We have made what we think is a pretty generous offer and we are waiting to hear whether he will accept or not," Hill-Wood told the Daily Star.

"You just don't know nowadays. You think players have a pretty good life, but, somehow, someone persuades them the grass might be greener somewhere else.

"So I don't know the answer, all I know is we think we have pushed the boat out," added Hill-Wood, confirming that the Gunners had gone as far as they feel able to, money-wise, to keep Flamini.

Juventus have been pursuing Flamini for some time now, and have offered him a deal worth around £10,000 a week more than the one the Gunners have put to him.

The Old Lady's director Jean-Claude Blanc, confirmed yesterday that a deal for the player is almost complete, and dismissed speculation that arch-rivals AC Milan could be planning a last-minute hijack of the deal as they look to replace Rino Gattuso.

"We have the advantage [over Milan]," said Blanc. "As a child Flamini was a supporter of Juve.

"We also have a sporting project in place and we will be in the Champions League. Milan will not."
