You know you are starting to get on my nerves. Don't give me this "how did juve cheat" bull shit when all of these conspiracy theories you believe amount to nothing more than a UFO siting. I do not have to prove that they cheated. That was done in the summer of 2006. But I need to point no further than juve's own lawyer who admitted the wrongdoing on behalf of the club. I just love the way you discount the juve lawyer's account of the evidence where he said that juve would have easily gone down to serie C if a deal could not be made. That is another conspiracy according to you. Do you actually read what you write in response to a fact which you are aware but find some way to concoct a theory as to why the club, through their lawyer did what they did in the face of the charges.

Patience buddy. You can keep on bringing up the same bullshit but it doesn't help your case. Zaccone did what his employers instructed him to. Juve being proven cheaters in the summer of 2006 is where you are entirely wrong. They were proven cheated. Maybe you haven't gotten to page 74 yet but they were found not guilty of cheating. Zaccone stated "we could have gone to C" (I have the article) but he never says why and for what now does he? Bottom line is Juve fans and sharholders wanted to know why he didn't fight and that line was what we got.

In any case, that still remains beside the point. For two pages now you have stated that the new managers didn't defend the old ones. Apparantly the fact that they were enemies all along which was common knowledge as FIAT had detached itself from the club once the Agnelli's retired, has been lost on you. But we got it. The new managers didn't defend the old ones. Great. Must be because they knew of their guilt right? Watch the Gigli interview please. He names names regarding who convinced the team to "drink the bitter cup despite not deserving it". You' be surprised how some of my "theoretical" ties get linked.

Oh ya, in a book entitled "Calciopoli" written by Mensurati and Bartolozzi (Inter Team Manager) an interview is cited with Guido Rossi himself. He states "they told me to get rid of Juventus and Moggi to clean up the game but the game doesn't seem any cleaner now"...who's they?

Now why did Juventus deserve Serie B? What game did they fix or attempt to fix?

If you can't answer it don't feel bad. You are not alone. The judges, magistrates and prosecutors couldn't answer that question either...they just relegated the team anyway "in the best inerest of the parties involved" (Mario Serio Federal Court Judge).

I dunno guys but it has already gone out of hand and has become an un-clean debate between the 3 of you. Ju has provided alot of links and hard facts (minus insults) on this case but I believe what is missing is that link that connects all these head honcho guys ju stated. You guys are getting angry because he isn't replying to your arguments (time differential??) but if you read back alot of your questions are already answered. This is a lake I don't want to swim in but you can't deny the fact that there was some type of conflict of interest in that whole trial. Simply put, that's like having a jury of KKK to sentence a black man being accused for murder. Is the trial just in that case?? We all know that this was a pathetic trial without any organization and was hurried because of the WC. Ju's "theory" on the relegation of Juve and buy back from Elkann is merely a theory but makes waaaayyyy too much sense. I actually believe that. You guys are using logic and reasoning rather than looking at the soft evidence ju has provided. I understand the criminal implications and due process from the non-Juventini but none have provided any evidence as well except for "Moggi is guilty, Juve are a fraud, etc". The man deserved to get punished, not Juve alone. Regardless, money and power was definitely an end-point to this but I would be very careful about Juve if they clinch that CL spot. Where this money and power went to really isn't beyond me anymore. We're gonna be looking at big time investors. Business-savvy people run this organization now and could have (or will) inject more money than what was lost. All in all ju, you provide excellent points but I can't really say I didn't know all that stuff aside from the economics and power struggle. "Proof" won't be acknowledged until something arises/changes from all of this and Juve eventually get their titles back. I see you have the passion for it but nobody aside from Juventini will believe it until some action comes out of this.
