i would really be surprised to see even half of those names coming in next season if milan dont manage to make it to a cl qualification. then again, we saw how bayern managed to load up nicely this season. regardless, i do think ronaldinho and sheva are most likely to join you.

it was tight as hell bagg, and usually the benefit of doubt is given to the striker. cant really say much can we, that was a 50/50 call and it went against us.

and plus, u deserved that goal on that play, trezeguet shouldve had that one in the bag...

and now reports are saying we are going to dump/offload gattuso....

i have mixed feelings about this. hes a beast and a half, but hes off form. i dont think its right to let go of him. not now, hes too important.

Gattusso is a beast but he offers nothing to Milan's offensive game. He is just out there to get the ball back and play it to Pirlo in the back, permitted the 20 foot pass is accurate and reaches Pirlo's feet. That whole right side of Milan is useless and isn't a threat to any team, so defenders and mid-field can focus more on Kaka, Seedorf, etc. You need someone who is threatening on that side of the field in order to free-up space for the deadly guys. I've noticed alot of the play is cluttered on the left side in Milan games.

Yes, 'tec, the R[h]ino whispers have to be rubbish. What you guys need is another midfielder of some quality, instead of Emerdason and Brocchi (or as well as them, who cares), who offers you something technical and creative going forward. I do think you run the risk of being imbalanced when you play Ambro and Rhino together with Pirlo in the middle of the pitch; as I've said before, having a player like Perrotta in there as an alternative (or DDR - lol - or Aquilani) would add a completely new dimension. But he could just as easily play instead of Ambro as instead of Rhino. Certainly teams don't have to respect Rhino's offensive threat and so can allow him to get himself into relatively threatening positions, but that just marks out the imbalance of the squad rather than a reason for selling Gattuso. No doubt Carlo's complete lack of faith in Gourcuff, coupled with his reluctance ever to play Seedork back in that more withdrawn position, has had a huge impact here. Oh, that and the fact that you haven't got the same quality from your fullbacks as you've needed and have been used to. Add a technically able, box-to-box midfielder to the mix and you guys will make Carlo's job a hell of a lot simpler.

And I'm pretty sure you've seen so little of Emerdason simply because this must be the first time in a long, long while you haven't had to do without Ambro for a long chunk of games. He's the perfect alternative to Ambro, but he can't offer you the kind of dynamism you need if you're going to play him as well as Gattuso, say, or another properly defensive, destructive midfielder.
