Is it me or do Roma fans have a penchant for self destruction? Alright, those nice folks at ilRomanista are rabid Roma fans who want to see the club win something I suppose. Then why the Mancini article now? I understand the players are probably used to the things written in the press but this to me is an ill timed and unecessary article. I think everybody knows that Roma and Mancini are in negotiations and are trying to find a compromise. If anybody does not know, that is in fact what is happening right now. Whether something can be worked out will not be known until after the season.

ilRomanista really pisses me off sometimes. If those guys are going to act like the rest of the gutter press then they should give it up now.

Well wait, I suppose that article originated at the gazzetta. So I should apologise to our friends at ilRomanista. Nevertheless, don't print the garbage in the Roman sports daily. Fuck la gazzetta, they love the northern teams and now I understand the reasoning here.

Shield, it's nothing too important. It just says the powers that be met this morning and laid down a few restrictions for the games against Milan and the 'Merda. You just have to have a named ticket and ticket sales are going to stop at 4:55 on Friday. No big deal, really.

shield - not completely sure what "tagliando" means but i assume its section. if so, basically they are only selling tickets for one designated section. it looks like it also suggests that there can be no sales to third parties, i.e. ticket scalpers. only those that purchase directly from the designated vendors can actually use that ticket and not sell it on to anyone else. i think thats what it means. maybe those more familiar with those terms can confirm.

Yeah, that's what I was suggesting, and to help them regulate this no tickets will be sold after 4:55 the day before the game (so 4:55 on Tuesday for the 'Merda match and 4:55 on Friday for the Milan match). No probs, right?
