Since I do not follow the EPL, what is he doing over there Arthur? It obviously sounds like he wants out of his current situation. He sees his former Lecce friends at Roma so he is making a call to Roma for help. Yes, he has/had talent, but what's he done with it lately. We need a major contributor who can come in and make a difference immediately. But, that will take some money and one never knows what our market possibilities are with this current ownership group. We tend to bring in players only to have them languish on the bench because of Spalletti's insistence on staying with the same players every week. Vucinic has done some good things. But right now he does not seem to be on Spalletti's A list. That was obvious last weekend. Esposito barely plays so we may never know what he has to offer. Brighi needs to play to give De Rossi a rest. Cicinho...? I could go on but the fact remains that we only have the CL now so I hope to see no further resistence to resting our starters.
