I can't watch YouTube in work. Man, the day is finally here, and I have to say I'm a bit of a nervous wreck already. We have to believe we can win. Spalletti has not become a bad tactician and a bad man-motivator overnight. He knows what he is doing, he knows what players to pick and he will have whatever 11 players he chooses ready to do battle at kick-off time tonight. Spalletti is the man who turned around the careers of Perrota, Tonetto, Pizarro and others, and he will get the best out of all the players for tonight. That Il Romanista predicted line-up is interesting – I would have Cassetti/Cici in for Tonetto and Aquilani in for Pizarro – but regardless, we must fucking believe in Spalletti and in his choices, and believe that the players believe they can fucking win this one. Spalletti will have them ready, and we need them to deliver NOW (well not now now, in about 10 hours time, like). Forza fucking Roma.

WHAT THE FUCCCCCCCCK. I just read that De Rossi is sick. He had a fucking fever over 38 degree's and didn't train yestersay and so is a doubt. What the fuck? Please someone tell me he's ok...

Where did you read that Shield??? I read that he didnt attend training yesterday on IlRomanista but it didnt look so bad apparently.
Anyway...I was just about to thank you for giving me a bit of optimism. I dont know why but really, the last performances have been poor and I think Real, even with quite many injuries are strong and will be dangerous.
I honestly don't want to think so much about the result because I'm having trouble to find hopes but what I hope is that they will at least show and play a good and entertaining football. Being dangerous and managing to create chances. I want to see the Roma we all know and not the fucking games we have seen for the last few weeks.

It was reported late last night on , but so far I have not seen or read of anything of his condition today, so I don't know how serious it is, he may be alright. I agree Franchesco, we need to relax and the players have to try not let the occasion and all our recent troubles effect them that much and just focus on they're football. We need the real Roma back.

Daniele De Rossi è in dubbio per la supersfida di stasera contro il Real Madrid, valevole per gli ottavi di finale di Champions. Nella giornata di ieri, il centrocampista di Ostia è stato colpito da febbre alta. In serata la temperatura è salita addirittura a 38,5. A sentire le voci che trapelano da Trigoria, stamattina non avrebbe più la febbre, ma sarebbe ancora un po' debilitato. Sicuro è che non si è allenato nella seduta di rifinitura di questa mattina. Deciderà il giocatore in serata se scendere in campo e dare il suo apporto alla Roma o non rischiare e rimanere in panchina.
