I've seen the whole match, and that penalty was a good call by the ref. I dont know if anyone is complaining about that decision, but IMO that was a penalty.
With regards to Spinesi's goal,it was offside,but it also was very difficult to judge,live.

With regards to Tiago, I think that Ranieri has decided to start Tiago in the wrong match.Juve played a 'rombo' formation against a team who defended deep and countered fast. In such matches, you have to get their players out of their shell by using wide players, not use a formation which is more capable of attacking through the middle. In fact,when Marchionni came on for Tiago,hence returning to a classic 4-4-2, the game changed immediately, cause their defenders had to come out wide. I would have played Iaquinta too,cause he is one of those players who would have opened their defence further, but hey, I'm not complaining for Ranieri's bad judgement.
