How do you expect me to feel, Ennio? This game today was one of the worst I've seen. An absolute embarrassment and disgrace. I don't know I don't know how you can feel like it was anything but illegitimate. You think you deserved the 3 points? God damn it this is an awful representation of our game in Italy and you don't even care.

The ref ruined the game for all of us, Gio. He ruined what was supposed to be a Serie A spectacle of the two best teams in the league. From what I saw today a draw would've been the fair result, but who knows how the game would've gone had the ref not made so many errors, starting with the first pk for Juve (and the two others ones he awarded...). We get that you're furious, just don't take it out on people who agree with you.

It seems we have had this conversation before as history continues to repeat itself, eh, Tomasso. So, it appears that Bungy and Ennio are sympathizing with Roma fans today. Let me tell you why it is hard for me to accept what appears to be sincere comments of how pathetic a match that was yesterday which was decided by a single person in that stadium. Rubentus has not lost there in 32 matches. Is that because they are such a dominant team at this point in time? Is it because they have the best players, coaches and organization. Is it because they do not have the budgetary restraints that most teams in Europe must operate under. All of this is somewhat debatable.

Aside from the decades of favoritism and often times, out right theft of matches through other influences, it is the attitude of this club and a majority of its players. From the very start of that game yesterday those players do not simply try to play the game. There is more to playing, as we have seen, in Torino. What makes most decent folks angry is the manner in which they harass, pressure, mock and influence the referee in these matches to get their way. This was very pronounced during Conte's tenure and it has carried over to Allegri, whom I think of as a very decent man. He's much weaker than Conte and has not really put his 'stamp' on this team. To my point. these rubentus players have zero respect for their opponents, the league as a whole, and certainly, the referee and linesman who officiate the game. The constant harassment has to wear a referee down. Then there is the overall , 'mafia like' influence that develops in Italy when a person, conglomerate or other organization gains money, power and influence. Do right by Berlusconi, and he can make things easier for you. Do right by Telecom Italia, and you will get lucrative benefits. Do right by Juve, and it will be good for your career. You all get the point and this, more than anything, is what we Italians have been trying to fight against for centuries.

Italy, and it kills me to say this, is a mafia country. For this argument, I am not speaking in the literal sense. Maybe one can say everything is political. No real jobs are created in Italy because one has to know somebody to pull a string. If you want to build a home, or renovate a home, you need to pay off the local boys who issue the permits and the council who must provide zoning relief.

Agnelli, FIAT, Juventus. What does that mean to Italians. Money, Power, Influence. Do you have any idea how many Italians worked for FIAT over the last century. If you work for Fiat you are a juve supporter and if you wanted a job, or wanted to keep your job,or needed your kid to get a job, you do as Agnelli says or there is the door. I will damn well guarantee you that the majority of people in calcio know somebody that works or worked for Fiat or one of it's affiliates. These are powerful influences in Italy and there is no way to abate that power.

This is what we have with rubentus to this day. It is not always cheating in the traditional sense, it is the raw power and influence from politicians on down to the guy who works at the assembly plant in Melfi that rules the day. This is what we are fighting against and it has been a losing battle for decades. Nothing is pure anymore. They can't even keep their hands off a kid's game that one grew up loving.

I think you folks are missing my point. This is entrenched power outside of Figc. The fact that rubentus did not support Tavecchio is irrelevant. Roma did not support him either but he had wide spread support for Figc president so it was a fait accompli. Yesterday goes beyond simple mistakes. I am sure you are reading the news coming out of Italy; it is not just Roma fans that are agitated. Everybody from Bruno Vespa to Arrigo Sacchi are highly upset about what happened because it makes us look like a bloody banana republic. Appearance is everything. Perception is everything. The reason for why it happened is likewise, irrelevant. It looked like a fixed match. It looked like the referee favored rubentus. So the conclusion that the match was thrown, faked or whatever, is one that is not unreasonable.

I do not know what the answer is but I am not stating that it was blatant cheating. There is no Collina to referee these important games. Rocchi was pressured and influenced by the players and God knows what else. On the first rigore, he called first for another free kick then changes his mind after he was attacked by the rubentus players. I believe Totti's penalty was also dodgy and the second for rube where there was zero contact. If anyone noticed, there was a single minute of added time and the penalty was called around 90 seconds into the extra time...like at 46:30. I kept saying to myself, it says one minute, what the hell is going on.

That game should be nullified and Rocchi suspended. As long as technology is not used, we will continue to have these problems. Then, it begs the question, why is replay not implemented all over Europe. I frankly cannot believe we are still arguing over this shit in the year 2014.

If a house gets robbed and the next door neighbor is a career criminal with convictions that's the first place they look.

Perhaps you're innocent this time but feigning surprise that the world casts a weary eye when not 1 but 3 marginal calls all go Juventus' way in what is 1 of the 2 biggest games of your season is a bit much.

If you don't like accusations blame Moggi and the Agnelli family who still run the club, not the past victims for being skeptical.

And that picture is nonsense. The ball crossed in front of Vidal so he shielded the ball at some point. The offsides rule doesn't say anything about the ball being kicked.

He was offsides, I mean even Allegri to his credit, admitted so. Give that argument a rest.
