Mario Sconcerti sul Corriere della Sera di oggi analizza il momento della Juventus dopo l'eliminazione dall'Europa League per mano del Benfica. Nel mirino della firma del Corsera, e di Sky, c'è Antonio Conte, tecnico dei bianconeri.

"Nel calcio le parole a caldo dopo sconfitte importanti non andrebbero mai ascoltate. La prima buona regola è non entrare in uno spogliatoio battuto. C'è grande stanchezza, quindi pochissimi freni inibitori. È allora che nascono le liti più dure e vengono fuori le analisi meno corrette, perché si ragiona solo di pancia, senza più uno grammo di zucchero in circolo.

Ma quello che ha detto Conte dopo l'eliminazione con il Benfica va molto oltre, dimostra un'impreparazione alla sconfitta così profonda da diventare un limite. Se non sai perdere, non sai fino in fondo nemmeno insegnare a vincere. Non è rimontare il Sassuolo che ti fa crescere, è discutere un'eliminazione di questo livello che porta la sintesi e il passo avanti.

Se non vedi i limiti della tua squadra, se ti rifugi sull'arbitro, se discuti il valore dei minuti di recupero senza accorgerti che sono stati 8, quanto mai si vede su nessun campo, se hai dimenticato che gli avversari erano alla fine in nove e in dieci per tutta l'ultima mezzora, non dai nessun aiuto alla tua squadra. Cerchi solo un modo maldestro di aiutare te stesso.

Significa non capire, o dimenticare di colpo, che cos'è la Juve davvero. Che allenarla porta ad accettare con classe momenti del genere, gli stessi che spesso gli avversari dicono di subire dalla Juve. È troppo facile, troppo banale, pensare che quando si vince gli arbitri hanno arbitrato bene e quando si perde è colpa loro. Credo sia un'equazione a cui tutto il gruppo dirigente della Juve si senta estraneo.

Il risultato e gli avversari vanno sempre rispettati, specie in una semifinale europea. Perché altrimenti saremo noi i prossimi a non essere rispettati e a meritarcelo. La Juve è la chiave del nostro movimento, un esempio dovuto e riuscito. Conte ha ridotto lo stile Juve dove poche altre volte era arrivato, nella stessa drammaturgia ostentata degli avversari peggiori.

Sono convinto che a mente fredda se ne accorgerà anche lui. E sono sicuro che qualcuno nella Juve glielo ha già fatto notare. Il buono di una sconfitta è capirla. La Juve è stata eliminata due volte dall'Europa, segno che c'è un limite. Conte studi quel limite e lo risolverà. Il calcio si spiega e si cura sempre con il calcio. E in fondo fra quattro mesi si ricomincia

I'm glad the Juve forum is bustling as always. It is a great shame that we were somewhat a good community and upon the departure of certain users, this place has fizzled out. I had visions of a day when this community would grow by the day, welcoming in new Juve fans to discuss our great club. A place where I pop in ever so often and read up on articles and people's perception of......is that Meatloaf on Tk's avatar???

Allegri is a born loser....JI said it best. He did well to somewhat win when he was given a good squad but in terms of sustaining success and building a successful team/mentality.....not Allegri's thing. What a shame...I thought Conte was going to be around for years. It still isn't clear why he quit. If it is over Sanchez, I think that is a very stupid reason. The guy isn't worth 40+ million. He wasn't worth that much when he left Udinese for Barca. It seems like Barca and Madrid just buy players for the hell of it and let them rot on the bench. Did Sanchez get any playing time at all with the exception of a few games here and there?

He scored 21 goals for Barca last season, dino - 19 in the league. That might suggest he saw a little playing time.

Shiver me timbers. Still not worth 40 mil. Wasn't worth it then, not worth it now. I don't think Barca made money off of it. They paid a lot for him. I could be wrong but perhaps I should have google next to my window like most users do here.
