decent enough game today. there was plenty of movement between the opposing midfield and defensive lines and we were able to play many balls to the feet of the forwards, and most of the time they were confident enough to try to hold onto it. we had 4 attacking players on the field, and they were able to play many combinations with each other with great support from the 'dual pivot' of de jong and montolivo. and even though we were able to create nearly 10 opportunities at goal, we still played pretty narrow at times and figuring out how to attack from wide areas should be something the pimp needs to think about.

fortuitous with the final result, but can't say it was completely unjustified. balo finally made a pk after missing his last 2. most importantly, seedorf understands that the team is more important than his own personal objectives, and a coach like that is a coach that balotelli needs. hopefully it can get the best out of him and the team.

seedorf is playing pretty naive, against udinese neither robinho nor birsa were supporting the fullbacks in defending the flanks. it was birsa's first 90 minutes in a month, he was dead tired. rami, abbiati and nocerino were playing with the flu (as did seedorf).

seedorf has bright ideas, but none of our wide players he's used so far (robinho, honda and birsa) are good enough to be on the flanks for 45 minutes, let alone 90.

keeping it tight should be priority for clarence. he's writing checks that milan's body can't cash right now.

Good to see Milan taking a new, refreshing approach to their mercato and rejuvenating their squad along with the appointment of Seedorf. €3m a season for a 31-year-old who's barely played this season and is a shadow of him former self. Yeah, Seedorf will fix everything.

quality win today. we should've been up 3-0 before half-time, and i don't know wtf amelia was thinking with that stupid kick that lead up to the goal we conceded.

we played well, quick passing going forward allowed us to hit cagliari on the counterattacks. honda missed some easy chances while balotelli can take on defenders at will if he gets just 2 yards on them.

we saw a lot more effort by robinho, kaka' and honda today. kaka' is sacrificing quite a bit, i wonder how long he'll be able to keep this up.

if we're going to play with an attacking 3 behind a striker, we'll need at least 5-6 proper players for those 3 slots, hopefully when saponara and the pharoah come back, they'll give us even more options. those 2 are the only ones that can beat a man.

i've seen him play in real life numerous times, terrible attitude as a team player. the first game he deserved to be sent off for a very late two footed challenge, he then spent the rest of the afternoon shouting and screaming at his team mates who didn't pass him the ball and then when he did have the ball refusing to pass it and running down dead ends and then falling over. the second game was pretty much the same, berating his team mates and then having a massive paddy kicking bottles around and throwing his coat on the floor when he was subbed.
