Finito il 2013 calcistico è tempo di bilanci. Uno degli aspetti che più di tutti genere critiche e scalpore è l’arbitraggio, ed in particolare la gestione dei calci di rigore.

A seguire troverete l’elenco di tutti i penalty concessi a favore e contro ciascuna squadra del nostro campionato.

I tifosi neroazzurri non potranno fare a meno di notare che la più penalizzata è proprio l’Inter, con 0!!! a favore e 3 contro (2 realizzati). La Roma ne conta 4 pro (tutti trasformati), e 0 contro, il Napoli 2 a favore (tutti realizzati) e 2 contro (uno realizzato). La Juventus 2 pro (tutti realizzati) e 1 contro (realizzato).

Seguono il Verona con 4 a favore (tutti trasformati) e 2 contro (tutti realizzati), la Fiorentina con 3 a favore (tutti realizzati) e 2 contro (realizzati) e l’Atalanta con 0 a favore e 0 contro.

Dopo di che il Milan con 2 a favore (1 realizzato) e 0 contro, la Lazio con 2 a favore (tutti realizzati) e 1 contro (realizzato) ed il Torino con 4 a favore (3 realizzati) e 5 contro (tutti realizzati).

It's transfer time of the year again, and boy are we 'linked' with some out of reach players. One of those being Mata.

Well apparently Mata is on 4.5 mil euros a season - clearly outside of our budget. Also looks like the loan of Wallace is going to end early and he'll head back to Chelsea this window.

This loss has come at a good time (transfer window). Thohir must realise now that we will not get Champions League football next season with this squad. He wants us to qualify for the Champions League for the added revenue, he will need to spend money for the club to to make money for the club.

Report: Nainggolan to Roma official

Several media outlets in Italy have claimed that Radja Nainggolan’s move from Cagliari to Roma is official.

Sport Mediaset, as well as Calcio Mercato, believe that the midfielder has signed a contract with the capital club that will keep him at Stadio Olimpico until 2018.

It is reported that the Giallorossi will pay the Isolani €3m for an initial loan deal, and then €6.5m for 50 per cent of his registration.

Neither Roma nor Cagliari have confirmed the move yet, but with the player being spotted in the capital, an announcement is expected within days or maybe hours.

Botta joins Inter

Argentine forward Ruben Botta has finally joined Inter after signing for the Nerazzurri in the summer.

The 23-year-old signed from Tigre in 2013 but was sent straight out on loan to Livorno for a six-month spell.

However, the San Siro outfit have confirmed this afternoon that the player has completed his permanent transfer to Inter signing until 2018.

PREVIEW-Soccer-Inter fans still searching for Thohir's project

Jan 9 - Inter Milan's new president Erick Thohir said after Monday's defeat to Lazio that the result would not alter his belief in the project for the club. His comments have left many Inter fans asking the same question: What project?

The Indonesian business tycoon was appointed as chairman of Inter Milan in November after his International Sports Capital bought a 70 percent stake in the club, ending Massimo Moratti's 18-year reign at the helm.

The purchase raised hopes of a new dawn for the team which has fallen on hard times following the heady heights of 2010 when they won a Serie A, Coppa Italia and Champions League treble under Jose Mourinho.

But since his takeover, very little has been heard about Thohir's plans, except that he will spurn the big-spending approach of Paris St Germain and Manchester City.

"We will buy players, but we're going to be careful with our spending," he told Gazzetta dello Sport shortly after taking charge.

"Our objective is financial restructuring, creating a club which is in sound financial health, as agreed with Moratti."

There was also a brief mention of a new stadium, which would be a huge improvement on sharing the increasingly run-down San Siro with AC Milan, but nothing concrete.

Thohir, who is part owner of Major League Soccer club DC United and NBA team the Philadelphia 76ers, flies to Milan from Indonesia for big games and usually limits his comments to platitudes about how he is looking forward to the match.

This has frustrated the local media, used to the old-fashioned method of door-stepping Moratti, who would oblige by feeding them almost daily quotes from the street in front of his office or out of his car window.

Supporters are hoping that the January transfer window will provide more clues and there are hopes that the new owners will take an Arsenal-style approach based on spotting and developing exciting young talent.

That would be a far cry from the present side where aging Argentina pair Javier Zanetti and Esteban Cambiasso still feature regularly and Rodrigo Palacio is often a lonely figure in attack.

Coach Walter Mazzarri hinted that Inter's priority would be to reduce the squad, rather than look for new players.

"We're a work in progress here because we have players who aren't featuring much and deserve to be playing more elsewhere," he said.

"We should aim first of all to use this transfer window to adjust the number of players we have in this squad so that we can train well, with others going out to get some experience under their belts or so that their value can increase.

"That's the sort of choice we need to make. People need to know what's going on."

LONE WIN

Inter's 1-0 defeat at Lazio left them a modest sixth in the table, below promoted Hellas Verona and eight points behind third-place Napoli in the coveted Champions League playoff spot.

Their next Serie A match is at home to Chievo on Monday (2000), giving them a chance to make up some ground on Napoli, who have a much tougher fixture at Hellas Verona on Sunday (1400).

As the championship reaches the halfway mark, leaders Juventus (49 points) will be looking for their 11th successive win away to Cagliari on Sunday (1400) while AS Roma, eight points behind in second, host improving Genoa (1400).

Inter have managed only one win in six games, in the derby against AC Milan, since Thohir officially took over and his first visit to San Siro, for the 1-1 draw Sampdoria, coincided with a performance which Mazzarri described as the worst of the season.

Following the Lazio match, Thohir released a rare statement in reply suggestions that his comments about the game were a criticism of the team.

"It's natural to feel disappointed when you lose a match, but that's not the same as criticism," he said.

"I reiterate that winning or losing a game because of a single incident - when other incidents might have gone in our favour - will not alter our belief in this project.

"We will continue to work in the best interests of the team, the club and our fans."

Apparently there is a salary cap in place now. Any new player that comes in, or a player that wants a new contract must meet this new salary cap of 2.5m euros or less.

Also, there might be talks in progress for Osvaldo. Loan with a must buy option at the end of the season.

The salary cap for the new arrivals has been there for at least 2 years. And it's way less than 2.5m.

Malissimo Gianpaolo Calvarese in Udinese-Inter di Tim Cup e non bene nemmeno gli assistenti. Si parte subito al 18' con un giallo in area friulana. Samuel va in gol sugli sviluppi di un angolo, ma Calvarese fischia un fallo su Kelava. In realtà, Guarin non fa nulla per ostruire l'azione del portiere, anzi: è lui stesso a subire la trattenuta evidente di Heurtaux. Al 21' ammonizione inesistente sventolata sotto il naso di Kovacic, che va in normalissimo contrasto con Pinzi. L'arbitro si fa impressionare dalla dinamica rude e dall'urlo (esagerato) di Pinzi, che infatti non accusa il minimo problema.
Regolare il gol dell'Udinese: Maicosuel è dietro la linea del pallone crossato basso da Nico Lopez.
Al 23' fallaccio di Allan su Mudingayi: Calvarese concede il vantaggio, ma poi a fine azione non ammonisce il mediano brasiliano.
Al 37', poi, ecco il solito rigore palese non visto da nessuno. Angolo dalla destra, Milito anticipa il movimento su Domizzi e il centrale di Guidolin non può fare altro che trattenerlo per un braccio e affossarlo. Né Calvarese né i suoi assistenti se ne accorgono, con il Principe imbufalito così come i suoi compagni e tutta la panchina nerazzurra.

Non va meglio nella ripresa. Al 54' l'Inter reclama un altro penalty: Widmer tocca col braccio, ma prima la palla carambola sulla coscia, quindi giusto non assegnare la massima punizione. Ammonito Carrizo per proteste. Passano due minuti e Kovacic illumina per Nagatomo: offside sbandierato che non c'è. 57': ammonito Badu duro su Guarin. Al 59' Kelava rischia: blocca il pallone proprio sulla linea di porta. Al 60' ecco il giallo per Allan, che stoppa una percussione di Kovacic: fosse stato ammonito nel primo tempo, sarebbe andato correttamente sotto la doccia. Passano 5 minuti e anche Danilo viene ammonito quando placca Alvarez al limite: per sua fortuna c'è il ritorno di Heurtaux che lo salva dal rosso agli occhi di Calvarese, anche se Alvarez avrebbe avuto lo specchio della porta tutto libero.
Altro errore del secondo assistente Bianchi al 69': Palacio va via tenuto in gioco da Heurtaux, ma viene fermato per un offside che non c'è. La storia si ripete 60 secondi dopo, quando l'errore del guardalinee ferma Guarin. Pessimo. Al 73' giallo anche per Pinzi, poi si chiude con l'ammonizione all'83' per Palacio.
