Malaga in pole for Kuzmanovic

Malaga are in pole position to sign Inter midfielder Zdravko Kuzmanovic, reports in the Italian Press have suggested.

Sport Mediaset believe that Bernd Schuster’s men are the favourites for the Serbia international.

The 25-year-old joined the Nerazzurri from Stuttgart in January this year, but found forcing his way into the starting XI a tough ask.

Kuzmanovic started just 10 League games last term, and it seems that Walter Mazzarri has deemed the playmaker surplus to requirements.

A number of clubs all over Europe are reportedly interested, but Sport Mediaset claim that the Andalusian side are keen to bring him to La Rosaleda.

A bid of around €6m is expected within the next two weeks.

Inter-Thohir, c'è la svolta: accordo per il 75% della società

Colpo di scena in casa Inter. In serata sarebbe infatti stato trovato l'accordo per la cessione a Erick Thohir del 75% di quote. Il tycoon indonesiano verserà 300 milioni di euro e diventerà il nuovo socio di maggioranza, con Massimo Moratti che resterebbe però punto di riferimenro imprescindibile all'interno del club. La notizia trova conferme anche nell'edizione de La Gazzetta dello Sport in edicola domani.

That deal seems a bit off. €300m for 75%? values Inter at €316m, 75% of which is only €237m. Nice deal for Moratti all the same.

Also, on that Forbe's page, it says: "Chinese investors bought a minority stake in the team in 2012 and the China Railway Construction Corporation is building the Nerazzuri a new stadium by 2017." – is that true, you are building a new stadio for sure? Good news if so, Italy badly needs new stadiums.

Moratti has mentioned more than once that he won't be selling the majority share, at least immediately. The newspapers have given us all sorts of numbers over the past month ranging from 30%-100%. I won't believe it until Moratti says something about it.

With respect to the stadium, I think we have slowed down a bit with respect to building a new one. There is a new proposal that Galliani talked about where both Milan and Inter are planning to buy the area around the stadium and build restaurants and stuff like that. Basically, expanding the San Siro to make it a more modern one.

Moratti cools Inter sale talk

Inter President Massimo Moratti has cooled reports that he has agreed to sell 75 per cent of the club to an Indonesian businessman.

The Gazzetta dello Sport today suggested that Erick Thohir was ready to pay €300m for such a stake in the San Siro giants.

The report added that a deal was close and that negotiations would be held in the next few days to finalise details.

“No, there is no meeting planned,” the oil baron stated outside of his Saras offices in the city of Milan today.

“I’ve read the reports myself this morning. I keep learning about what's going on thanks to the papers…”
