At this point I think they should try this new thing where they let the fans manage the team. Start a poll before every match about what formation to use, and have us vote on the starting lineup. No worries about in game tactics and substitutions because most fans always seem to know what a manager should, and should have done in a match anyway. This would both revolutionize the game, and be another one of Roma's firsts. I see no way in how this idea can fail.

To be fair to Zeman, he'd have done well had the management not fooked him around with the transfer dealings. Rossi down one flank and Caprari down the other plus 9 others would have been an unstoppable 4-3-3.
