OK this season is over (finally). It is time to start re-organising the future of the club. It is time to organise ALL aspects of the club.
First and foremost, Moratti must look to those close to him. There are a few who DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK FOR INTER. As one of the top 3 clubs in Italy and top 10 in Europe, Inter deserve the best in all aspects.

Next, Moratti need to conclude the deal with foreigners to bring in fresh cash to start building the MUCH needed stadium. We must modernise the club making it self sustaining. It appears this Indonesian company are willing to invest at Inter ... this is good news. Having said this, we need someone to take care of the 'image' of the club. With millions of supporters world wide, there is a lot that can be done. (If only half of those supporters buying fake Inter kits bought originals, we would be much better off). We can look at the German clubs for this.

The technical staff ... the coach and his team. Do they have the necessary attributes? Someone has to answer for all the injuries we have seen this season. It can't be all because of bad luck.

The players. Those that have not performed this year need to go. We need to get young players and start building a future. We need someone intelligent to take care of the transfer market. It is unacceptable to say we are building a young team for the future when we find ourselves selling our best youngsters, Coutinho at 21 and Destro at 20, 2 summers before. It is unacceptable to invest in players that are close or over 30 and are not 'Inter players'.

until moratti figures out a proper business plan with the proper infrastructure to make profits, inter will remain a top 10 team. i think that ship sailed awhile back, and moratti is trying [and failing] to catch up.

Yeah, Inter can no longer compete and attract the top names, the likes of Lewandowski, Falcao, Bale, etc, not now with no CL football (or even EL football – it is still a draw for players, Lomba, particularly promising young players coming from South America who want a chance to play on some level in Europe) or with not paying the top dollars, but those days are long gone. Even if you made CL this season, I couldn't see Moratti spending €40/50m+ on one player.

Despite that, there are still enough quality players you can realistically look to get, like Red said. You just have to go outside the top bracket and well established names and need a good scouting system in place.

You do need a new stadio alright, and it would be good for not only the club, but also Italian football in general to get more big clubs building their own new stadio's. Is foreign investment the only realistic way for that to happen, though? Is Moratti not willing to stump up the cash? Or even a 'Stadio Pirelli', was that ever likely?

with financial fair play, 'foreign investment' is no longer a plan B. a club cannot spend more than it makes. to spend more you need to make more, and that is down to the business side of things. shit that moratti knows nothing about.

strama deserves a kick in the face for not using any of your primavera players, some of those sparks could've turned into fire.
