No, Stek wasn't laughing at that, he was whispering in Lobont's ear at that – ive spent the last 10 minutes looking for a picture of it (the two on them on the bench) but couldn't find it. It was quite a funny shot when the camera panned to him. In many ways, tonights game – tonights drama – has been a serious of pictures. Both interesting and very sad.

Just finished watching the delayed coverage on ESPN (we always play horrendous whenever I do that - most weeks then). Haven't browsed the SB. Glad some fans protested, needed to.

Goicochea is horrendous but there's no real point in blaming him. That's one goal out of what, 42 we've conceded is it now? There's problems on a much larger scale than whoever's between the sticks.

Giving a team like Cagliari so many chances at the Olimpico is just ridiculous, Sau went through twice before he did get his goal, they hit the post too not long before the fourth.

And DDR on the bench? Don't get me started. The only positive is Tachstidis is suspended for next week. DDR might get a game then - Zeman will be gutted if he's still here (which hopefully he won't be).

Was interesting to see a team like Cagliari, who are nothing more than a fairly solid unit, feel no need to make adjustments to their tactics to take on Roma.

They were perfectly prepared to leave two or three players ahead of the ball until they went 3-1 up and to leave their defence and midfield to handle things - and they contained Roma pretty comfortably for the most part.

Somewhat surprised at the result, but not at Roma's performance. I've said before they look poor playing this way without Pjanic, because it means they have too many runners and not enough ball-players.

Too much wrong with what was going on with Roma's defence to bother commenting on that, particularly when it's such well-covered ground.

A sad day for Roma and for Zeman. Obviously its not that big of a surprise, but I guess there is little patience in Roma and after only seven months in the job, its judged to be enough. Grazie, Zeman, you crazy old bastard. Forza Zemanlandia.

any guesses as to who has the most minutes in the serie A for us? probably balzaretti? or maybe piris. castan?

sitting at the top with 1751 minutes and 21 starts is francesco fucking totti, 37 this year. piris 2nd with 1727 minutes.

francesco has 8 goals and 8 assists in 20 games. what a fucking beauty. never will i look back at the zeman era with dismay.
