brasilian RONALDO i trying to loose weight ,so i send him 2 bottles of BERGAMET PRO and the article published in the sun in england
A WONDER pill to fight belly fat hit the UK yesterday.
The drug — made from a vile-tasting fruit — is also a breakthrough in the war on cholesterol.
It contains concentrated juice from the intensely bitter bergamot — which is used in cooking in Calabria, southern Italy. Heart experts intrigued by locals there rarely suffering coronary disease claim to have traced it to the fruit.
Analysis revealed it is packed with chemicals called polyphenols.
These work together to open up arteries and increase blood flow — helping the body to burn fat more efficiently.
Tiny amounts of the juice cut blood sugar levels by a fifth in tests, boosting people’s metabolisms so they carried less belly fat.
Meanwhile, the juice was found to lower artery-clogging cholesterol by almost a THIRD. And the fruit raised levels of “good” cholesterol.
The new pills, costing £42 a month and called BergaMet, are taken twice a day before a meal. They have NO side-effects — unlike cholesterol-fighting statins, which can cause muscle weakness and memory loss. That means the pills could be an alternative.
Cardiologist Dr Ross Walker declared: “This pill can help people to get in better shape.”
The bergamot fruit is too bitter to eat but its peel — which does not have the same health benefits — is used to flavour Earl Grey tea.

Dear all,
thanks indeed for the continuous informations on the efficient response to Bergamet (or Tokaber in Italy) emerging every day from our patients or friends or colleagues taking BPF extract. What is impressive from my point of view is the series of benefits other than the expected results on cholesterol and metabolic syndrome, including weight loss, uric acid, erectile dysfunction, venous diseases, peripheral neuropathy and also skin diseases. Obviously, I believe that diffusion of such benefits in a review article could make confused practitioners on the specific activities on metabolism which still represent the target for BPF. However, a collection of "Real world evidence" results into a review article or a new Congress (May 2013 ?) on bergamot effects after two years of placement in therapy would help also anyone of us for addressing new combinations or formulations suitable of reinforcing product penetration in multiple clinical areas including diabetes complicances, neurology, dermocosmethology, liver diseases, cancer diseases etc.
Obviously, I feel really excited for this prespective!!!!! Dear all,

Walter Gargano has told fans his farewell letter to Napoli “was written by the club. People don’t know how things really went.”
The midfielder left Napoli in the summer for a move to Inter and an open letter was published on the Partenopei website.
However, many weeks later, Gargano has taken to Twitter in order to make a shock revelation.
“I want to tell the people that the farewell letter they published was not written by me. It did not come from me. It was written by the club.
“I did not leave Napoli just because I was afraid of no longer being considered a first choice player.
“I am tired of hearing people talk without knowing how things really went. I do want to thank those who still today show me their admiration without any type of rancour.”
Hey messina after that performance you feel talking about inter ? i cant believe how Milito find himself in offside so often ,he must hold a record, and that prick of Sneyder have a thousand shot from out of the goal area and never get near and when was alone in front of the goalkeeper decide to pass the ball, dont thing the primaveras would done worst
I don't think I would blame Milito or Sneijder for this defeat. I agree Sneijder should have taken the chance rather than passing it to Milito, that was one really stupid decision. The real reason is that our midfield is so fucked up, we had absolutely no control in that area. Guarin was a shadow of himself, how many misplaced passes did he hit? He was rightly the first one to be replaced. I did not like Gargano in the Europa league in midweek and he did nothing to make it better over the weekend as well.
I think the best we can do for now is to play like we did against Torino. Put more bodies in midfield and get control in that area of the pitch. Strama needs some time to sort this out and then we can play the attacking brand of football that he wants us to.
I dont blame Sneijder for the defeat, but during the match, had I seen him 2 meters away from me, I would have gladly thorn his heart out for being such an expensive prick.
I don't think the 3-4-1-2 is going to solve all our problems. It will still require a defender or a deep midfielder with good feet, someone who can pick a pass. Stankovic is the only one who can do that and he is no close to seeing some action. So, it falls on a defender. In the few games I have watched, our defenders waste most of the possession passing between themselves or pass to a full-back (the opponent can easily identify this, press the full backs and take that option out of the equation). Eventually, Sneijder/ Cambiasso come deep to receive and there is a disconnect between the midfield and attack. Cassano drifts left and Milito is too isolated. Silvestre was supposedly bought under the assumption that he is a good passer of the ball but he is having a tough time settling in. Now it all depends on how Chivu can perform and the success of the formation may hinge on this. I think he did a decently good job when Gasperini had the job, so let's hope he can repeat that. Knowing Chivu, especially over the past two years where he has been so inconsistent, I wouldn't put all my eggs in that basket.
Perfect analysis Frank. You know something's wrong when Chivu's the solution for your problems (or let's say part of). Who would bet 5 euros on Chivu not getting another injury from here to january? I wouldn't.
Bergamot for Better Cholesterol, Arterial Health, and Metabolic Syndrome
If you’re a tea drinker, you’re no doubt familiar with Earl Grey. Its distinctive aroma and subtle flavor make it the most popular flavored tea in the world. Earl Grey’s characteristic fragrance comes from bergamot (Citrus bergamia), a type of orange that grows in the Calabria region of southern Italy. The essential aromatic oil in bergamot peel is also used in perfumes and prized in aromatherapy for its ability to reduce anxiety.
But what really piqued my interest in this relatively rare citrus fruit is compelling research on bergamot polyphenols. Polyphenols are natural compounds best known for their antioxidant effects. The benefits of red wine, tea, berries, soy, isoflavones, cocoa, and other “super foods” are due in large part to their high content of polyphenols, which protect against cardiovascular disease, cancer, bone loss, diabetes, and other degenerative disorders.
It turns out that bergamot juice contains exceptionally large amounts of several unique polyphenols. And when that juice is extracted, concentrated, and standardized in tablet form, it dramatically lowers triglycerides and LDL cholesterol, raises protective HDL, helps control blood sugar, and improves overall arterial function and cardiovascular health.
Lowers Lipids… Let’s start with lipid lowering, since it is bergamot’s main claim to fame. Bergamot lowers LDL cholesterol almost as effectively as statins, but it also raises HDL cholesterol—something no drug yet discovered is able to do. This is important because unlike LDL cholesterol, which builds up in the plaque deposited in diseased arteries, HDL escorts cholesterol out of the arteries to the liver. Therefore, a low HDL level is an independent risk factor for heart disease.
In a placebo-controlled study, Italian researchers gave either 500 or 1,000 mg of bergamot extract daily to study volunteers with high cholesterol levels. After one month, the average LDL in the two groups fell by 37 and 39 percent, HDL increased by 48 and 43 percent, and triglycerides, another cardiovascular risk factor, declined by 38 and 42 percent. These are pretty impressive results for any intervention, let alone a nutritional supplement.
…Effectively and Safely I have to admit that when I first saw the bergamot research, I was skeptical. This degree of cholesterol reduction is usually possible only by blocking HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme involved in cholesterol production in the liver. This same enzyme is also required for the synthesis of coenzyme Q10, a crucial antioxidant and essential player in the generation of cellular energy.
This is how Lipitor, Zocor, and other statins drugs work—and why they have so many adverse effects. Yes, they lower cholesterol, but by reducing CoQ10 levels, they literally drain the body’s batteries and antioxidant reserves. The FDA now requires manufacturers to warn patients that these drugs are linked with type 2 diabetes, memory loss and confusion, and muscle weakness. And that isn’t the half of it. Statins can also cause liver toxicity, fatigue, muscle soreness, exercise intolerance, heart failure, amnesia, and even death.
I was gratified to learn that the bergamot researchers shared my concerns. Two bergamot polyphenols, bruteridin and melitidin, do work on this same pathway—but at a different level and in a gentler manner, so CoQ10 synthesis is not affected and statin-like side effects are avoided. Studies show no reduction in CoQ10 levels in animals taking bergamot, and patients who had previously been on statin drugs but were unable to tolerate them due to muscle pain, fatigue, and/or liver problems tolerated bergamot very well.
Furthermore, bergamot has other mechanisms of action that contribute to its lipid-lowering effects, such as reducing triglyceride accumulation in the liver and increasing the binding of cholesterol to bile acids and their excretion in the intestinal tract.
Helps Keep Your Arteries Healthy Lipid levels are just one aspect of cardiovascular health. Bergamot polyphenols are also very potent antioxidants that protect against free radical damage throughout the body, including the all-important vascular endothelium.
The condition and function of the endothelium—the thin layer of cells lining the blood vessels—is perhaps the most important determinant of cardiovascular health as it is intimately involved in vasoconstriction/dilation and thus blood pressure, inflammation, blood clotting, and the formation of new blood vessels. Polyphenol-rich bergamot extract has been demonstrated to counter oxidative stress and suppress inflammation in endothelial cells, inhibit plaque formation, and improve arterial responsiveness.
SOS for Metabolic Syndrome Finally, bergamot ameliorates multiple aspects of metabolic syndrome. As reported in the story on diabetes on pages 6-7, we are teetering on the precipice of a full-blown epidemic of diabetes. Tens of millions of Americans are suffering with metabolic syndrome—the precursor to type 2 diabetes—and if you have abdominal fat, hypertension, abnormal lipids, and/or borderline high blood sugar, you’re likely one of them.
Bergamot is positioned to become a first-line therapy for individuals with metabolic syndrome. In addition to its positive effects on cardiovascular risk factors, this extract also activates AMPK. AMPK is a central regulator of energy and is thus involved in glucose and fatty acid metabolism. “Turning on” AMPK improves insulin sensitivity, promotes glucose uptake in cells, and suppresses the synthesis of glucose in the liver, thus lowering blood sugar. It also stimulates the burning of free fatty acids and facilitates weight control.
In clinical trials, 500-1,000 mg of bergamot per day lowered blood sugar by about 22 percent, which is certainly on par with if not superior to diabetes drugs. Furthermore, some patients who have been taking this supplement also report that it has helped them lose weight.
Bergamot is one of the most exciting new supplements to come down the pike in recent years. If you are struggling with elevated cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, or cardiovascular disease and looking for a drug-free approach, I suggest you give it a try.
Recommendation
The suggested dose is 500-1,000 mg of a standardized extract, taken once or twice a day 20-30 minutes before meals. Look for a product standardized for 25–38% polyphenols. (The brand we use at the clinic, BergaMet Pro, contains 700 mg of a 38% extract.) Start with one tablet a day and if you don’t see a response after two months, increase to two per day. To order, call 800-810-6655. Bergamot is safe and well tolerated.

Napoli doing a great job with spending Delaurentis make money ot of the team he hold all the marketing rights for all players and pay little wages.Guarin ? does he need glasses ?i am waiting to see when is going to fluke one shot.
Yes he needs to take some precision lessons. The power's there but precision is quite off. He seems to lack a lot in concentration too. He loses too many balls in delicate positions. Other than that, we're a shit team who just got 3 lucky points.
Andrea Stramaccioni explains his switch to a three-man defence and feels Inter deserved their victory over Chievo.
“It’s true that Chievo had a stronger start to the match and Wesley Sneijder’s injury certainly didn’t help us,” said the Coach after a 2-0 result at the Bentegodi.
“We then grew and in the second half showed solidity while remaining dangerous in attack. In general, I think the victory was deserved.”
The Nerazzurri have now won all their away games, but struggled badly at San Siro between Serie A and the Europa League.
“The only game we really got wrong was against Roma,” insisted Stramaccioni.
“Against Siena it was a chaotic defeat, as we created so much and didn’t take our chances. We do have to improve, but we are a work in progress and have a lot to do.”
Inter switched to a three-man defence this evening and it proved more successful than it had been under Gian Piero Gasperini last season.
“I think this can be the foundation we can work on in future. It is the best way to use the players at my disposal, a mix of solidity and attacking intent without losing our balance.
“I see the wide players in our system as the barometer of the mentality we need to have. I asked for more courage in going forward and I think it’s the best way to approach games.”
Jose Mourinho may have won the treble with Inter, but Andrea Stramaccioni has achieved something that the Portuguese tactician never did in Italy.
Stramaccioni’s Beneamata, after last night’s 2-0 at Chievo, have now won their last five away games on the trot when you consider Europa League and Serie A ties.
Only Roberto Mancini was able to deliver such consistency on the road between December 2007 and January 2008.
Sneijder being out for a month could actually turn out to be a good thing. He is not in good form at the moment while Cassano seems to be playing well. Strama still hasn't managed to find a balance when both Cassano and Sneijder play as both don't track back along with Milito. This will give both Coutinho and Alvarez more playing time and they at least track back even if they might not do a good job.
Remember we had our best period under Raineri when Sneijder was out then he struggled to integrate him into the team.
