Need a win this time. Glad Osvaldo is coming back but it's not going forward where our problems lie at the moment.

Queste le parole di Giuseppe Addamiano agente di Ivan Piris, reduce da una brutta prestazione nel match contro il Bologna perso dai giallorossi per 3 a 2: “Ho visto la partita domenica – dice l’agente a TuttoMercatoWeb.com – e mi sembra ci sia stato un calo generale dopo il 60′. Ho visto bene le azioni, una mancanza di fase difensiva generale. Il ragazzo è sereno, sa quanto vale ed è arrivato da un mese quindi continuerà a lavorare. Sicuramente è dispiaciuto per la sconfitta di domenica, ma da parte sua è molto sereno anche perché è un grande professionista che si allena sempre al massimo. È abituato a giocare in grandi palcoscenici – prosegue Addamiano – da quando ha diciannove anni, è un grande lavorare e le critiche lo faranno crescere ancora di più“.

Dopo 7 anni la Curva Sud torna “sold out”

Su Twitter la Roma comunica che la curva sud in abbonamento è esaurita. Dopo ben sette stagioni, la curva giallorossa torna a registrare il sold out. Questo il tweet della società: “Abbonamenti 2012/13: dopo 7 stagioni, la Curva Sud (14.160 posti) è nuovamente SOLD OUT! Il futuro è oggi!

Tommasi: “Sono molto contento che Zeman sia tornato a Roma”

Sulle ultime polemiche di Zeman con la Juve, Tommasi ha aggiunto: ”Lui e’ fatto cosi’, alle domande trabocchetto dei giornalisti ci casca sempre”. 25,000 SEASON TICKETS AND CURVA SUD SOLD OUT, A WAITING LIST LAUNCHED TO SUPPORT AS ROMA FANS. THE FUTURE HAS BEGUN.

Rome, 19 September 2012. The Curva Sud fan section at Stadio Olimpico, the core of AS Roma supporters, is SOLD OUT for the first time in 7 years. A remarkable 14,160 tickets have been purchased, a 60+% increase in comparison to last season. AS Roma’s total subscriber base is now over 25,000 strong, a 50% increase over last season.

James Pallotta, President AS Roma: “We are delighted with the fans response to our initiatives. We are working hard to gain their support and trust. We are committed to the giallorossi faithful.”

Mark Pannes, CEO AS Roma: “Demand for the Curva Sud section has outgrown the capacity. In an effort to fulfil the incoming requests of our fans, we have created a waiting list program. The waiting list will ensure that fans gain access to the Supporters Section when inventory becomes available.”

The preferential criteria, once enrolled in the AS Roma Curva Sud waiting list are listed below in order of priority:
A) AS Roma season ticket holders located in other sections of the stadium;
B) AS Roma season ticket holders who purchase season tickets at a later stage during the season;
C) Fans who purchase any single match ticket during 2012-13 season.

The unbelievable response from fans has led the Club to consider a re-launch of the season ticket campaign, to help the fans secure a seat for the second part of the season. The future has begun.

He's very much part of our new 'project' under the new ownership and is working nicely with Sabatini (who's job it is to sign players, not Baldini's), so its all good, so please fuck off Spurs.

Looks like Totti and Osvaldo will for the Cagliari match. Totti's ankle is not quite right and he will skip todays training session, and may not make the trip to Sardinia at all and instead rest up for Samp and Rube. Osvaldo still has a knee sprain. Zeman tried a front line of Lamela-Destro-Nico Lopez in training this morning so we could well see that on Sunday.
