It's official. 10 months for Conte, 8 for Alessio. Pepe and Bonucci have been acquitted. Now we have to wait for the results of the appeals.

Confirmed that Conte is basically just banned from doing stuff in the stadium on matchdays.

He can still do all the preparatory work through the week.

Conte fails in ban appeal

Juventus boss Antonio Conte’s 10-month touchline ban remains intact after he failed to clear his name in an appeal.

The tactician has been suspended for the season after a probe by the Italian Football Federation saw him found guilty of failing to report attempts to fix two matches while in charge of Siena.

Conte has always maintained his innocence and his legal team appealed the initial sentence on Monday in a bid to have him acquitted – or at least get his punishment reduced.

However, the Gazzetta dello Sport has revealed that their bid has failed and Conte’s suspension still stands.

The former Bari and Atalanta boss is now expected to take his case to the Italian Olympic Committee’s TNAS appeal court.

Conte continues to train the Italian champions, but assistant Massimo Carrera will take charge of the side on match days.

There is better news for Juventus players Simone Pepe and Leonardo Bonucci who have been cleared of any wrongdoing for the second time.

Federal prosecutor Stefano Palazzi had appealed the decision to acquit them during the initial hearing.

Marco Di Vaio, who left Bologna this summer for Montreal Impact, has been cleared too.

Meanwhile, Lecce’s exclusion from Serie B has been confirmed, while the fate of Grossetto is still being discussed.

They could be demoted to a lower Division or be allowed to stay in the second tier but with a hefty points penalty.

Vicenza and Nocerina could be drafted into Serie B as a result.

Well, whether he's actually guilty or innocent is irrelevant. There isn't enough evidence to justify a guilty verdict and a 10 month ban. It's one shady corrrupt man's word vs. 24 men's word. Theyre setting a dangerous precedence.

And I believe he had a hair transplant done...
