red, i think many people are aware of fixes and are keeping their mouths shut.

Feel bad for Conte, as i also think he was aware something was going on but didnt report it.
It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.
I'd rather take a suspension, than having something happen to myself or family/friends.

The real issue isnt being dealt with and i suspect it likely never will.

Current talk is about a plea bargain involving a four month suspension (with greater restrictions on Conte's access to the team on matchdays) and a 100,000 fine.

I think we've seen enough and the FIGC needs a sacrificial lamb in the form of Conte. Sadly, the logic behind the prosecution is hilarious and any judge who has a brain wouldn't allow such hypocrisy to occur. Unfortunately, this is Italy and Conte should've known better than to put his faith in something non-existent such as a sporting judicial system that is fair and just. The fact they turned down his plea already means they are aiming for a bigger sacrifice. The fact Conte pleas just to avoid a lengthy ban and the grueling process of trial is even more concerning. People just say "fuck it, I'd rather be banned for 4 months than go through that shit and be banned for more??" is troublesome enough. We all know what is going to happen and Agnelli should just come out and say Serie A should be disbanned completely. He should just come out and say it is no wonder star players don't want to come here.
