Gifted is perhaps the wrong word. Clearly they were not simply given. Still the way I read it is 11.5 plus 4.5 for buyout plus 50% of the rights of the two players valued at 3 mill.

But I would say its vague verbiage.

However most, although not all news outlets are saying 16 mill.

The press release is vague and certainly the contract which was filed today with the league is more specific. Like I said, I do not believe Genoa is paying Roma the cash. It will serve as an offset. I can see how it can easily be assumed that Roma in effect, is paying 19 million for Destro. 16 plus the value of one half of the 2 players. It's a stated value that Genoa will not be paying over to Roma. At least, it appears that Genoa is not actually paying the 3 million.

Ha no worries. I had seen it just after David's post and then went back to work and was going to reply in a bit. That bit when you said you're thinking of coming out of the closet and professing your undying man-love for Osvaldo's nutsack was really brave – I think you should go with that confirmation and re-post it, the lads won't make fun and will accept you.
