I'm from Holland, and I know Eriksen will stay with Ajax for another year. He has said it many times he won't be leaving this summer.

Thanks Andreas. I think us signing Eriksen is pure fantasy football, even if he is a Roma fan of sorts. Actually what do you know of Erikson being a Roma fan? There was an interview done with him in which he said he likes Totti and Roma, but I'm not so sure if that means Roma would be his number one choice if he did leave Ajax.

Sigh, so we're still no closer to getting Montella. I'd like to think they're just still playing hardball and want something in exchange for releasing him, which is fair enough. Although their DS did let something slip in a that they're going to get an old manager, namely Pasquale Marino, which may suggest that Monty is leaving.

He has been a Roma fan for years and Totti is his idol. In my opinion, he's a big talent but he still has much to learn so it would be good for him if he stays with Ajax for a year or maybe 2 years.

Thats the one, grazie, Andreas. Maybe your right thats its best if he stays with them for another season or two. It'll be interesting seeing him at Euro 2012 for Denmark and to see how he handles that big stage.

Roma have six players for the U19 European Championship which starts tomorrow:

Pigliacelli, Sabelli, Orchi, Barba, Verre and Politano. Piscitella wasn't called because he's injured.

Alessandro Florenzi has won the ('best young player') award in Serie B this season, beating the likes of Insigne, Immobile, Verratti and Capuano, which is no mean feat.

On the future of Zeman, this from Il Romanista says he's happy staying in Pescara, and he's happy to hear Totti's words of praise toward him and there is a great mutual respect between them:

Ha iniziato a fare calcio ad alti livelli con me, in quei due anni fece grandi cose. Le cose che ha detto mi hanno fatto piacere. Evidentemente ci vogliamo bene». Sfortunatamente le cronache di stampa indicano l'intenzione da parte della dirigenza di effettuare scelte diverse.

I respect Zeman and thank him for what he has done for Roma but we need a young coach.

Because Pallotta is the majority owner now. He owns 25% of the company. DiB only owns 22.5%. (of the 60% of the holding company) which even then Only owns 67.2 % of the company.
