I think we dominated the first half, but slowlly faded away in the second. Good result, but by no means good performance. It have just as easily been 2-1 milan. I didn't get a good look at the replay, but it didn't look like a handball to me.

Vooch needs to make better decisions, and stop hesistating to pass the ball.

only a 2-0 or 3-1 result send them through, and I am sure Conte is going to working with them making sure they concentrate the full 90.

Now were off to Bologna, the team we drea 1-1 at home. We really need to win this one. A draw would be unacceptable.

Girl awakes from coma after listening to The Waterboy
Alessandro The Waterboy has attained a god-like status in the Bianconeri half of Turin after nearly two decades of sterling service for Juventus and this week "Il Fenomeno Vero" (The Real Phenomenon) proved his power to awe extended beyond the football pitch with a feat that couldn't fail to warm even the coldest heart of the most die-hard Torino fan.

The veteran striker was contacted by the parents of a 12-year-old girl who had slipped into a coma and asked if he would send a message of support for their stricken daughter, Giada, as she was huge Juventus fan and thought it may help. Saint Alessandro duly obliged and soon after hearing the former Italy international's voice Giada reacted.

The girl's father, Francesco, who strongly believes the footballer made an important contribution to his daughters recovery told Italian news agency ANSA: "That night (after listening to the message) something special happened.

"First she moved her hand and then after a few hours she called out 'mamma'. Then after about 24 hours she talked and asked for an ice-cream".

In the message, the Juve star said: "Hello Giada, I'm Alessandro The Waterboy. I hope you can wake up as soon as possible to watch lots of our and my games, to come and see us and, above all, get to know each other".

Yeah, wasn't a bad performance by the team overall.

Juve controlled the game and made enough chances to win the game.

The forwards just aren't clinical enough.

LMAOOOO!! What more can you say about this team?? Killer instinct isn't there, at all. Thats strike 2....one more make up game and if they drop points, thats strike 3. Its a must win vs Milan coming up. I'm very fed up with these poor results game in and game out. They're gonna blow up, if they havent already. Well, I'm putting a close on this season, it was a great season, top 3 finish is great if they can stay alive but I'm kissing the scudetto goodbye. I'm sorry but I can't accept failure and mediocrity especially if they came that close only to not gain 3 points against poor teams. I'd love to hear everyone's excuses.

I didn't see the game, so I can't comment on how they played, but I saw the Giaccherini incident and it was definitely a penalty. I think the more concerning result of the day is Milan v. Arsenal. Milan is a different team when Boateng plays. I'm worried about the head to head clashes against them in Serie A and Coppa.

Thats the funny part Bagg. Going out to Palermo is a tough task and I can't possibly ask for a win. I would've accepted a tie had other results gone Juve's way but they now face a few must win games. If Juve lose to Milan in 2 weeks, twice nonetheless, they will lose both first place, the scudetto, the Coppa and make that possible CL spot a very close nail-biter all over 2 games. I've been preaching this for 6 months now. Juve had their chance to make the Milan game either irrelevant or put the nail in the casket with a 7+ point lead in the scudetto. Now, they risk losing it all with 2 bad results. Once Milan gets hot, there's no stopping them with that attack. Juve are closing in on that difficult stretch in the schedule and playing like this will do them no good. Honestly, what does it matter if you saw the game or not?? To take further positives out of a negative result?? I'm done taking positives out of a draw. This is the second half of the season for fuck's sake and a team/fan base who know what this team is capable of. Shame on them for making us dream, they have a team that could've won this. Now we are all going to get back to accepting "well, we did better than last year". Soon enough, they'll be out of a CL spot, then what do we say??

Say what you want about the penalty but it is absolutely disgusting that Juve don't get the right calls go their way. Sometimes, in order to win a championship, SOME calls just have to go your way. I wonder how many rigori Juve took this season compared to the rest of the league?? I'm not one to accept that excuse BUT you gotta make the call if it is there. It cant just go ignored. This is what makes it so difficult to watch this bullshit sport. You see bad calls happen in any sport but championship teams overcome some of those obstacles, in example NY Giants in football.

We play Catania at home this weekend, not Palermo. And it does matter if you watch the games or not, especially the Milan game. We (atleast I) don't know if the result today had more to do with how well Milan played or how poor Arsenal played. As for Juve, they deserved the win last week, and from the sounds of it they deserved it today too. But a draw is a draw, 1 point. Hopefully Cesena can get a draw against Milan, and we can get a win this weekend so we can take some pressure of the head to head clash next week.

I did see the majority of the game.

Juve played very well and yes, there was controversy.
But dino is right, that doesn't give us the 2 points we lost out on.

Everyone seems to be okay with Vucinic, but i think he is the most wasteful.
Some might say Matri, and yes, he does miss a lot of chances, but Vucinic wastes goal scoring opportunity and screws up goal creating opportunities.

I hope he is sold to be honest, just a stepping stone on the path to a better player.
I'd give Quagliarella the start.

Estigarribia has been consistently good, Giaccherini has been very good this season.

But there's no point in discussing this, we lost more today than we gained.
We already know the players work hard, Conte is doing a good job, we dont need further evidence of that, now is when the results need to come.

That being said Pavarini in the Parma goal stepped it up.

OH HAI GUYZ!

I must say I'm surprised by the timing of Juve's complaining, particularly after a game where the most surprising decision was the non-penalty for Barzagli's alleged foul on Giovinco. Could someone clarify the Pirlo incident, because it did not, at all, look like a foul to me.

Also here are my views about the season so far -

1. Matri has a terrible first touch. If he can only improve on that, he'll see more clear cut scoring chances.
2. If Conte continues playing the 3-5-2, instead of the 4-3-3, then Vucinic should be relegated to the bench in favor of Quags.
3. I'm not a big fan of Estigarribia. If Krasic is "one dimensional", I think Esti is even worse. I'd like to see De Ceglie there more often.
4. Giaccherini and Barzagli are the surprises of the season for me. While Giaccherini is doing much better than expected, Barzagli is f*ckin rock. Hope to see him at Euro 2012.
5. Bring Giovinco back.

Far too open and disorganised - looking unusually vulnerable to counter attacks.

Few chances created from open play, too.

The win was the important thing, but I'd say that the performance against Parma was significantly better than the one tonight.

Wow, Juve scored beyond the 70th minute to scrap away a win. Well done but I get this sense of decline from this team. This win wasn't enough, Im afraid. We all know it was headed for a draw if that clown Motta didn't get a red. Don't be fooled by the result. Juve are very conservative and wouldn't have pushed up if 11you players were on the field.
