"65 goals in 202 appearances"...1 goal every 3 games?? Hardly a stat that warrants a 15 mil transfer. He may be a good player but not worth 15 mil. The financial irresponsibility this club has gone through over the past 6 years is outrageous. Not only does it affect the short term market, it also affects Juve in the long term. These players that are being purchased (Krasic the exception) don't become a mainstay at Juventus. Look at all the terrible, big name signings Juve made over the past 6 years?? They can't recoup any of that money lost and players are being sold at a loss. It is bad enough they don't make the CL with these players purchased but they don't even fill the seats at their stadium. If this new stadium doesn't pan out like it is supposed to financially, this could be the demise of Juve. They need to fill sits, attract fans and hopefully they'll spend money at the stands. You can't possibly trust with these guys are doing with money or even claim they know what they're doing.

To be fair Maro, Vucinic has spent most of his career as a prima or seconda punta.I have to side a little with Dino on this one. We spent over 20 mil on Amauri, 13 mil on Iaquinta, and they were both 28 years old when they completed their transfers. They put in one good season a piece. I think what the fans were expecting was a player like Rossi or Aguero that would be the face of this team during this rebuilding period and going forward. Hell, we would have even been happy with not spending 15,20 or 30 mil and just getting Giovinco back from Parma. That being said, Aguero was too expensive, and Villareal either don't want to get rid of Rossi, are asking too much, and or both. Vucinic is a decent buy considering there aren't many forwards out there for 15 mil that are better than him, he's not the huge star all the fans were expecting, but maybe that's a good thing.
