Andreas Beck seems to be heading out of Hoffenheim and i would not mind him being signed up to cover the RB position. We are being linked with a €5 million bid. Cannot hack seeing Motta and Grygera at RB for another season.

Juve supposedly had an agreement with Beck in January, but couldn't agree a fee with the club.

When they went back for him a while ago, Beck's demands had gone up considerably, so Juve moved on.


Latest word is that Lichtsteiner is looking the most likely guy for RB.

Aguero is definitely too expensive. Sanchez would be a nice signing. I don't like the Inler signing unless he is free. We need a midfield anchor, not another player that is not world class who "works hard". With Pirlo and Marchisio in midfield we should look to sign someone who can stand in front of the defense and funnel counter attacks. Melo doesn't do that and is better when he doesn't have enormous tactical responsibility. Especially since our center backs can't mark.

Criscito will be sold, reveal Genoa



Genoa have alerted clubs across Europe to the fact that they are ready to sell Domenico Criscito this summer.

“The boy will certainly leave,” Rossoblu President Enrico Preziosi told Radio Kiss Kiss on Thursday.

“He’s been at Genoa for some time and it is only right that he moves on to a different club.

“A switch to Napoli? It has been discussed, but I don’t see a great amount of interest from the Azzurri for Mimmo.

“As far as I am concerned, I am ready to negotiate and people know where I am.”

Criscito is a graduate of Genoa’s youth academy who has spent two stints at Juventus after being co-signed by the Turin giants.

Genoa netted the player outright again last summer though when they bought the Old Lady’s 50 per cent share in him for €6m.

The left-back, an Italian international, is expected to attract the interest of Zenit yet again, but he’s already rejected a move to Russia in the past.

Inter, Milan and Juventus will inevitably be associated with the defender who will cost more than €10m.

‘Pazienza to Juve is done’



The agent of Michele Pazienza has confirmed that the player will leave Napoli for Juventus in the next seven days.

“The deal is done,” Vincenzo D'Ippolito told Radio Mana Mana on Friday. “He’ll have his medical at the end of this week or at the start of next week.”

Pazienza is thus on the verge of becoming Juventus’ third signing ahead of the 2011-12 campaign.

The Old Lady have already netted Andrea Pirlo from Milan and Sampdoria’s Reto Ziegler on free transfers.

Now Juve will complete their hat-trick of Bosmans with Pazienza who is out of contract at the end of this month.

Pazienza, born in 1982, is a combative midfielder who has been unable to reach agreement over a contract extension at the Stadio San Paolo.

Pazienza started his career at Foggia, before moves to Udinese and Fiorentina. He joined Napoli in January 2008.

I can see where they are going with this. Some solid utility players at no cost. Told you guys Juve were broke! They're building a team that can finish third, not really championship material BUT you never know. Im looking for a team that can play with grit, heart, and grind out wins. The mentality needs to change, let's hope Conte can change this. He can do no wrong in my eyes like Ciro and Deschamps. Following this team on my phone was mind numbing I couldn't imagine watching them blow lead after lead and throwing points away against scrappy competition.

Do you see any issues happening between Conte and The Waterboy? tender Alex has a lot of pride and him seeng the bench would upset him. What about Matri? 16 mil is a steep price tag for the next Corradi.

I don't see any problems between The Waterboy and Conte. He accepted the bench this season when he was asked to, even though the team actually does better with him (when Quagliarella isn't available). Matri is a 20 goals a season forward, something that we desperately need. 16 mil is a little steep, but imo him and Pazzini are the 2 best Italian target men atm, and he's pretty versatile.

We just got robbed of Inler, and Criscito is on his way to Napoli on a 6 mil co-ownership deal. Great start to the transfer season Marotta.

Criscito is no great loss.

While I like Inler, he's not a big upgrade on Melo and I'm not sure he's entirely compatible with Pirlo.

Solid allround player.

Good athlete and quite aggressive, without being an idiot.

Getting him (which appears almost certain) for 10m or less would be pretty good.

Rumors suggest Conte decided against buying Inler because he wouldn't be a good match with Pirlo in central midfield. Someone more defensive, like Lass Diarra, is what we might be going for.

Also, god I hope Giovinco comes back. I don't care where he'll fit in Conte's formation, but he will.
