AC Milan forward Robinho believes that Santos starlets Neymar and Ganso are ready to take the leap to Europe but advises them to make the right decision.

Forward Neymar, 19, has been heavily linked with a move to English giants Chelsea as well as European champions Barcelona, while 21-year-old playmaker Ganso is said to have sparked interest among major Italian clubs.

Robinho, who has played in Spain and England with Real Madrid and Manchester City respectively and joined Milan last summer, believes that both the Santos youngsters are good enough to star in La Liga or Serie A.

“I think both players are ready to leave Brazil because they are at a different level,” the Brazil international is quoted as saying by The Daily Mail. “They have impressive quality. It's about joining the right team, one which respects the qualities of the player.

“With Neymar and Ganso's characteristics, I think they would do well in Spain and Italy.”

The 27-year-old added: “Imagine Neymar playing for Barcelona, with Lionel Messi and David Villa. My God!

“To keep improving, they will have to choose well, because they might have to change the way they play.”

Robinho played alongside both Neymar and Ganso at Santos when he was on loan at the Brazilian giants from Man City in the second-half of the 2009-10 campaign.

Nice, I've always said we needed 2 solid midfield buys...Witsel, if signed, is an "Allegri" type of midfielder 2-way compact, dynamic engine. The next one we need is a quality playmaker who will be the creative force of our team. Somebody like Ganso would be perfect. Without this quality we got no chance in CL. Even if we get it we'll not likely be among the top favorites but we'll have a chance at least

We still need to clear quite a bit in our roster. I see at least one of Rino and Flamini gone and I hope it's the former not the latter
