well I'm from rochdale which is greater manchester, my mum and dad are from Italy, My mum is from Prata which is a small village on the outskirts of Avellino she came to england with her parents when she was 2, she does have the english accent but assures everyone that she is an Italian, My father on the other hand is from Campobasso which is La Molise region he owns a restaurant called L'Italiano (after the great toto cotugno song) and he is a Milanista, my father came here when he was 18 so he still has the good ol' Italian accent
Unfortunately for me I'm surrounded by United fans, so at the ripe old age of 10 my dad bought me my very first milan gear and since then well around when I witnessed us crush Barcelona 4-0 in the euro cup final i've been a milan fan.

good stuff. so you're 26-27, i presume. those were the days of beating barcelona 4-0 in finals. results like that are few and far between these days. i suppose the 4-0 drubbing of inter this year would qualify, but we'd probably have to go back to the 3-0 spanking of manure at the san siro in 2007 for the last one like that.

Yup I'm 27, I remember watching the match where we hammered Barcelona it was one of my best milan moments. We where just an unstoppable force back then, let's hope we can get back to those days once again.

Marco Amelia has failed to rule out a return to Roma just days after Milan signed him outright from Genoa.

The Italian giants have decided to keep the goalkeeper after he initially joined the outfit last summer.

However, the 28-year-old, who will again probably be a reserve to Christian Abbiati next term, has opened the door for an immediate switch.

“I am now totally a Rossoneri player, but I would sacrifice the Champions League for the Europa League if the call that I am waiting for arrives,” he told Radio Erre2.

“Everyone knows that I am a Roma supporter and I would go to that club on foot if necessary.

“Even the Milan directors are aware of this. Let’s wait and see who the new Roma boss is and then who knows…”

The 2006 World Cup winner started his career in the Giallorossi youth sector, but he never made a Serie A appearance for the club.

He left Roma in 2001 to join Livorno and has since also played for Lecce, Parma, Palermo and Genoa.

Milan are still seeking a midfielder and it’s reported the main target is Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas, followed by Alberto Aquilani.

Vice-President Adriano Galliani confirmed they are looking for a world-class reinforcement on the left side of midfield.

According to Tuttosport, Arsenal star Fabregas has leapt to the top of the wish-list over the past few days.

It is going to be tough, as the likes of Barcelona, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Inter are all tracking the €35m-rated Spaniard.

Galliani will be in London tonight for the Champions League Final between Barcelona and United at Wembley.

However, the Corriere dello Sport newspaper suggests that another Premiershit figure is on Milan’s agenda.

It is increasingly unlikely that Juventus will take up their option to buy Aquilani following his loan spell, as they continue to haggle with Liverfekkin'wankscum over the price.

Having signed Andrea Pirlo and moving towards Udinese’s Gokhan Inler, Juve seem to have their midfield worked out.

Milan aim to take advantage of Aquilani’s desire to stay in Italy and bring the price-tag down to around €16m.

I'm certain Milan is lining up a big name in the background, alot of names are being thrown but it may end up as none of them..I just hope this big name is somebody who's not past it...I don't think Milan will get him until late July or possibly August as Milan usually strikes late....last year we literally landed Ibra + Robinho in the last weekend of the transfer window

yeah, but when we get big names like this, it often ends up being a disappointment. think bringing back shevchenko, or a 32-yo ronaldo

apparently galliani and allegri were in london for the final, and the rumors will say that they are working out some deal. i would guess tht it is either for fabregas or nasri (he's got one year leeft on his contract). either of those players would greatly impact the team.

I've already said there's a high chance our midfield buy will come from EPL...Chelsea, Arsenal, Manu, Tottenham and Man City all potentially have solid midfielders to offload for one reason or another...you can include Liverfekkin'wankscum too if you want to count the likes of Aquilani

Barca and Real also have an excess number of midfileders but I think there's a lower chance for us to go after any of them so I think we're going after an EPL midfilder (and I still see us adding Ganso eventually)
