Savicevic Congratulates Vucinic For Making Nation Proud


The Roma forward has been in lethal form in recent games, scoring three decisive goals in the past three games to help the Giallorossi move up the standings in Serie A and edge closer to the qualification of the Champions League group stage. Dejan Savicevic, President of the Montenegro Football Association, congratulated Mirko Vucinic for all the good things he has done in recent weeks for Roma.

"Vucinic is the pride of our nation," Savicevic told Rete Sport. "He's a great player. He just needs to be played with continuity in his role and he will surely emerge. At first he had some problems with Spalletti's tactics," continued the former Milan player. "During the national team I suggested to him to leave, because if you cannot find spaces at 24 years of age, it's better to go play elsewhere. Roma striker Mirko Vucinic says he doesn’t care about being fined for celebrating without his shirt on because it means that he scored a goal. The Montenegrin forward has really taken centre stage since Francesco Totti picked up an injury last week, and he has scored in three successive games. Last night Vucinic scored Roma’s equaliser in the Derby della Capitale against Lazio, and to celebrate he took off his shirt. This earned the 24-year-old a yellow card and a €5000, however it is a price Vucinic is very happy to have to pay for scoring a goal.

Shieldypoo, I haven't got the new version, nor am I desperate to rush into it. I tend to get keen over the summer when there's not enough real calcio to follow and it's a nice diversion from following the endless dramas of the transfer market. I agree with you about loyalty, though - it's more enjoyable, for me, to see how the real team might work with one or two important additions. My trouble with the 07 game wasn't AA, who was excellent, I thought, and with DDR formed the heart of my midfield, but that it was set up on principles which couldn't accommodate the eccentric strengths of Spags's formation. I couldn't get enough out of Totti as a free-ranging lone striker and the paradoxical mix of short-passing but quick tempo seemed a bit much for the game to comprehend. So in the end I had to go to Totti as trequartista which was extremely successful, but a bit disappointing as a simulation of the way we actually play. I abandoned my 07 game a little while ago. I can't remember where we got to - perhaps 2012 or 2013 or something. But I abandoned it precisely because the team had got so far beyond the familiar faces and it was depressing watching Totti and Perrotta and Taddei and Mancini all lose their pace and fade away. I still had Curci in goal, Mexes at the back with Palletta (and Chivu on the bench), Aquilani and DDR in the middle, but then it was Messi, Aguero, Moutinho, and Rossi ahead of them, with Okaka and Cerci and Rosi etc. on the bench. Aguero was implausibly unstoppable.

The one player that i never managed to get is Messi, even in the previous games, i never can convince him to leave Barcelona, i always agree a fee with Barcelona, but he just never accept to come.

And Sergio Augero is fantastic, but i had to chose between him and Mido since i only can get one Non-Eurepean per season, so my choice was very easy, maybe i'll get him next season.

and about the loyality thing, i sold most of them after my first season, when i couldn't acheive results, most of them sucked, and for me the untouchebles are Mexes, DDR, Aquilani, Totti, Panucci, Perrotta, Rosi, Cerci, Okaka, these are the players that represents Roma for me, where loyality comes.

Also the great Montella is aa coach in my team, i'am still waiting for Super Marco, Tommasi and Candela to retire to add them to my team.

Actually theres a way you can buy any player you want for free at in the first season and it doesnt matter which team you have. click on start - all programs - Sports Interactive - Data Editor. once you have that open. Click on file and the load database choose default and then look for you team and choose which ever players you want. with the data editor you can clear you debts increase ticket prices and decide on your transfer budget. But if you all of that whats the use of playing the game

AND how do you hire him as a manager?

You cant tell a player to retire. When a player is in his late 30's you can try to convince him to be a coach or a scout by clicking on the player and going to player interaction.
