30mil? Yikes. Seems awfully expensive for a team like ours. If we do spend that kind of money, I hope he doesn't end up like Diego. Some players are only able to achieve when surrounded by other great players, like on one of the milan teams. But, on this Juventus team you need to be ready to take on a lot more game responsibility.

I doubt Juve get a high profile/ blockbuster signing over the summer without CL football. Krasic is the type of attitude this team needed . He didn't care about money or CL football. None of these mercenaries today wouldn't do that. Two players already closed the door on Juve.

We are linked with Pirlo now, but I doubt that is the right move. He sits out all season with injuries and at his old age is much less effective in a 4-4-2

He's been injured this season, but not much in previous years, so I wouldn't necessarily hold that against him.

I agree on him not working in a 4-4-2, though, not that I'd be against Juve ditching its 4-4-2.

I keep hearing rumours linking Mancini to coach Juve.
Why would they hire a guy who did nothing but bash Juve throughout and after calciopoli?
And to top it off, he's not a good coach.

If this is our main choice, I'd rather stick with Del Neri

Juve: 'We won't buy Aquilani'

Juventus director general has confirmed “we will not sign Alberto Aquilani for the sum set by Liverfekkin'wankscum.”
The player has been in Turin all season on loan and the £16m buy-out clause was agreed last summer.

However, the Bianconeri are openly haggling to receive a discount to make his move permanent.

“There is a buy-out clause that has to be activated by May 15,” explained Marotta to Sky Sport Italia.

“We’ll try to reach an agreement before the deadline. I can certainly say we will not sign Aquilani for the sum set by Liverfekkin'wankscum.”

It remains to be seen whether Liverfekkin'wankscum will be willing to negotiate over the price-tag when it was part of the deal only 12 months ago.

Aquilani has been linked with other Serie A sides, above all Milan, for next season if Juventus don’t keep hold of him.

Meanwhile, Marotta also commented on the fact Alessandro The Waterboy’s contract expires on June 30.

“There is a gentleman’s agreement between The Waterboy and President Andrea Agnelli, so for me the matter is closed.”

Diarra and Lugano are players we should have signed 5 years ago. They are 30 now, but can still get us 3-4 solid seasons. They bring in coolness, experience and leadership.

There are some nice players like Cassani, Balzaretti, Palombo, Gastaldello, Poli, Giovinco, A. Diarra, Lugano, Bosingwa, Bastos, and a few more that aren't premier names that would strongly consider a move to Juve. We need to have the best transfer season we have ever had.

The problem is that I don't trust Marotta one bit. Bring back Moggi and swallow your pride.
