Rosi is a full-back. Sanchez is a wing-forward/striker. Shudup ya clown. As I have said before, there is no reason why we can't splash millions (if we do at all) on several new players like Sanchez and Pastore to revamp the squad while at the same time including the likes of Rosi and Greco and Bertolacci and D'Alessandro in the squad and give them their chance. Besides, all this speculation over all these great players we are being linked too is just that, speculation, and in most cases pure journalistic creative BS I would surmise, and no one really knows what our (potential) new owners are going to do. For example, the and from todays Il Romanista makes me want to puke and shit at the same time.

you can listen to the interview with Thomas Di Benedetto Jr with Corriere dello Sport. Its reveals a lot, and gives an interesting insight into what we're dealing with here. Despite saying "Totti is great and if you're a fan of soccar you're a fan of Totti", as was widely (and praised) in the media, he knows very little about the club or the city or he's never watched Roma and he also says "nothing is official and doesn't know whats going on" what the deal (although he can't really give anything away either at this stage). He doesn't seem to know much at all about the club, which is a little strange. Come to think of it, he sounds just like Stefano.

I see we're now also with Lucas Podolski as well as Marko Marin from Germany. Its like the mercato madness is just doing the rounds speculating on who the rich sugerdaddy will buy next. We haven't heard much from Spain yet, whats the bets we'll be linked with Bojan and Benzema and Rossi and the likes in the next few days (there's also some young Brazilian wonderkid named Cici or 'cinho or something like that at Villarreal).

Yeah I'm glad for Mexes that he's getting some well deserved international recognition. I've little doubt that had he joined Arsenal, say, instead of Roma when he left Auxerre, he would of long since gotten such recognition. On his future, when quizzed about it again today he replied by saying "Let's see, I live day by day."
