Ill have to agree on Deschamps. He was still surrounded by mediocre and great players past their prime but he deserved a chance especially coming out of Serie B. He had the same vision this current management has which is having faith in young players. Juve need a younger coach who is able to relate to the players. Nobody takes DelNeri seriously. He's a bum who has won nothing and never will.

Let's hope Aquilani doesn't get purchased. He's not worth the 16 mil, as we have all said before. TK mentioned getting 4 players, they'll have to get 5. Aquilani is not a smart player or gifted for that matter. He messes up more than he shines. He misses too many passes and gives up the ball too much. He's not the only culprit in that midfield but this team needs a major revampung, again. You can't build success off the rent a player policy. This team has no cash and it could get worse with this new stadium. How are they going to pay for it if the fans wont show up to watch a garbage team??

I'd take Capello in a heartbeat. I hated the way we played when he was coach, but he's the type of coach we need.

Capello would be mine and should be anyones first choice to fix Juventus. If I couldn't get Capello I would take Deschamps 2nd or Spaletti 3rd. Regardless, we need to make a decision on formation. Is Marchisio the guy we build this team around and go 4-3-3? Is Chiellini the left back we want for the future, or do we kick him back inside and allow Bonucci to play on the right? Bonucci and Chiellini cannot co-exist in the central defense. THis is what i said at the beginning of the season. So now our investment has only created a new problem instead of fixing one. Barzagli is NOT the defensive line leader we need either. Our defense is in SHAMBLES.

We have not 1 class central midfielder in this side. Melo was good for the left side 3-man midfield formation we had last season. He is not good enough in a 2 man system. Aquilani is not the influencial player we want him to be and Sissoko is an idiot. We have NO central midifeld.

The market will dictate all our moves. We need to spend as little as we can but get the best talent we can. Easier said than done, but it can be done. If I have to go another year hearing all these forum jockeys making excuses for bullshit transfer policies im going to lose it.

Taiwo is out of contract at the end of the year. Signing his is a no-brainer. He is the type of engine we need on the left flank and will be FREE.

I like the move for Bosignwa, but i don't know if we need the wide play behind Krasic on that right flank. A player like a Caceres with the support of a player like Marchisio on the right midfield may be enough for the attacking zone. If we get a motor on the left it will allow our LM or LW (depending on formation) to play inside and more free.

Capello or Spalletti for Juventus



Gigi Del Neri will remain in charge of Juventus until the end of the season, but reports suggest the club will then move for Fabio Capello or Luciano Spalletti.

Saturday's 2-0 defeat at home to Bologna was Juventus' second in a row and leaves the Old Lady seven points adrift of the fourth and final Champions League spot.

Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta acknowledged that everyone is now “under examination”, but Del Neri in particular is up for review.

This morning's Tuttosport claims Pavel Nedved was even sounded out as a prospective caretaker manager, but said 'no' to the opportunity.

Meanwhile, La Gazzetta dello Sport understands Del Neri's only chance of surviving is to win 10 of the 11 remaining games and qualify for Europe.

Otherwise, Juventus President Andrea Agnelli will contact his old friend Capello and ask if he is prepared to extricate himself from the England job a year before Euro 2012.

It's thought that Juventus would also have to move quickly to lure Spalletti away from Zenit St. Petersburg, as the Russian season starts in the middle of March.

Other candidates include former captain Antonio Conte and Andre Villas Boas, a former assistant of Jose Mourinho's who is yet to suffer a League defeat in charge of Porto this season.

Everyone will fail when there is no system, no leadership, no champions. You cNt have a Barcelona or arsenal type team in Italy. It is too tactical and too difficult week in and week out.

FYI. We could have had a strike core of fabiano cassano and forlan for less that the cost of Diego or martjnez and krasic.

Now now let's give credit to where credit is due. Your boy big D to the ino said 2 moths ago that this club was cash strapped and they ain't gots da bling. How you gonna build a team like this especially when you're gonna miss out on the CL again?!?!? This isn't monumental but risks have to be taken with quality players.

Our team is very suited for 4-3-3. The weakness here is our lack of proper side backs and my doubts in Matri's ability to operate as a sole striker.

There certainly is no shortage of competent full backs in this list. I see no reason we cannot completely revamp our defensive edge play this off season. Players like William Gallas, Gilberto Silva, Marcos Senna, John Mensah, Andrea Pirlo, Mark Van Bommel and Mauro Camoranesi might be too old to make the full-time contribution we would like, but could be key locker room players that can fill the vital leadership roles we no longer have on this team.

Someone like Rakitic, Mexes, Diarra, or Klose could help band-aid some gaps in our formation. And a lot of these guys would be decent depth options especially since they are free.

Bosingwa and Taiwo should be no-brainer "MUST SIGN" players this off-season.
