This is what happens when you waste big money on unproven or average midfielders. This is what happens when you expect a career underachiever and a 20 year old who had an average season away from his injured counter-part to be the solution to your defensive woes. This is what happens when you continue to NOT fix the issues that have plagued this team for 5 seasons running.

Marotta needs to sign 2 defensive central midfielders for less than 8m each. Sell Melo, Sissoko and let Aquilani walk.

Sorensen needs to go on loan and we need to sign a starting central defender that has big game experience. A player LIKE Lugano who is the captain of his club and national team, has played in big WC matches and CL matches. A leader and a champion. Not some unproven jackass that every stupid kid is picking up in FIFA. Yes JI and Morra... people like you. You make fun of what you are.

We need to sign 2 wing backs. Right and Left sided. Chiellini is too much of a slob to play in the attacking zone. He is good on the wing against top sides like Inter who have superior exterior talent that needs to be shut down, but he is a complete waste out wide against regular teams.

We need to sign a TRUE outside-inside winger to play the left flank. Giovinco should back this person up.

We need to sign a true POACHER. Someone who has experience putting the ball in the net and has done it for a number of years at a high level. Gilardino is NOT this player. The guy fucking sucks dick for top clubs and in big games. He is not a man and cannot handle the pressure of playing such an important role for such an important club.

That is seven players in two years. Lets focus on on getting four this season... two Central Midfielders, 1 Wing Back, 1 Striker. The only position that should cost us more than 8-10m is striker.
