Diego is a classic playmaker who plays behind the forwards and who knows how to orchestrate the midfield, whereas Giovinco is more of a side midfielder. We all see what Giovinco did against BATE and Palermo. He created our two goals against BATE when he was placed on the right flank, while when he switched to the centre against Palermo he was lost.
The current Juventus squad suffers from the lack of talented players and players who can properly pass the ball. We do need Diego, Cassano and a couple of players who can dribble and pass.

Juve Plan Mega Spending Spree - Reports
Juventus are looking to ruffle feathers in January's transfer window as they are planning a major spending spree, according to Il Corriere Dello Sport.
The Bianconeri have been having major problems in this early part of the season. The players at Claudio Ranieri's side just don't seem to be performing to the standards expected of them.
The Bianconeri have come under heavy criticism for the transfers they made in the summer, despite president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli insisting there is nothing wrong with the new arrivals.
Il Corriere Dello Sport claims directors at Vinovo are drawing up a plan to try and make some major signings during the January transfer window.
Jean Claude Blanc and transfer guru Alessio Secco have added a number of names on their list and they include Inter's Dejan Stankovic, who is benchwarming in Milan. Tottenham's Luca Modric is also a target as is Gilberto Silva of Panathinaikos.
Lazio's Christian Ledesma has also popped up on the radar as he doesn't seem a part of Delio Rossi's plans this season.
Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic is also rumoured to be on the wanted list of players.
Juventus are struggling and they are missing the bright spark needed to get their season on the right track.
The Old Lady is ready to move and shake and a number of new arrivals are expected to land at Vinovo in three months. It seems as if it will be out with the old and in with the new as the club changes their policies.

But, according to the experts on SerieAForums.com, every player that is good is an unrealistic target. We need to sign above average players... not good ones. I mean, we are only in our second year back in Calcio. People have forgotten Juventus and don't care that we are in the CL and have a shot at winning the League and the Domestic Cup. They just know that two years ago we were in Serie B and won't come.
Guys like Veloso and Banega who are clearly available clearly aren't according the SAF's experts. Guys like Montolivo and Hamsik are too much money for just one player. I mean, it is not like we can just spend money on one really good player. We need to spread it around and collect above averageness by the truckload.
I mean, all those players we let slip through our fingers two years ago like Mascherano and Hamsik... they were young, over-priced, and unproven. Guys like Flamini and Grosso are totally overrated and would have definitely not helped our team quite like Poulsen and De Ceglie. I mean... we needed guys with CL and international experience and Poulsen and De Ceglie have so much more.
I mean... Jesus! We have The Waterboy who is only 34 years old, he is made of gold and has a heart like a rainbow and will be our everlasting savior. He can play every game all season long and will carry us to the promised land of calcio!
We have Mauro Camoranesi who is only 32 and definitely not injury prone. This guy can cover RM all season long. Same with our 36 year old bunny rabbit, Pavel Nedved, who is still playing like he is 28! Let's just ride him out for this season, because he is SOOOO motivated by CL football that he will just forget his age and lay out performance after performance.

Save them for the teams that need them like Milan and Inter Milan. Juventus is so great that we will keep stepping sideways and just scare those teams out of any successes they may have dreamed of.

I Would Move To Juventus - Rossi
Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi admits that he will run to Juventus if coach Claudio Ranieri gives him a call...
The Italian international has stepped up from the Under-21 side to join La Nazionale after Marcello Lippi gave him the nod and wink.
Rossi is now hoping to make as big an impact with the Azzurri as the one he made with the Azzurrini.
The former Manchester United man cannot wait to get involved in the action but his mind seems in Turin as he reveals his penchant for the grand Old Lady of Calcio.
"Ranieri knows me. If Juventus call me up then I will definitely think about moving there," said Rossi.
"However, I am fine in Spain and for me it would be difficult to change teams.
"Ranieri is a very good coach and he knows how to handle things.
"Two or three bad results will always happen but I wouldn't make any big song and dance over it as it can happen to any team at any time.
"Nazionale? I can't wait."

I doubt Modric will want to walk away from Spurs after only half a season there, despite how things are going.
