Law enforcement must work with the telephone service provider to accomplish the tapping. But your position is that this was done privately, not at the request of law enforcement. That is wrong. Carabinieri carried out the operation with la procura di Napoli, Roma, Torino and Milano.

Don't change your story now, I stated in the beginning here that Telecom collected the wiretaps, had two cops (Auricchio/Arcangioli) validate them and hand them to the Napoli prosecutors...the accusation is that they received the transcripts already cooked.

Again you are brushing aside evidence. Go to the links again and click on the articles. I'll add them individually. That was likely the problem. I grouped them.
