Frank, Rafa didn't win the league once when he was at Valencia. He won it twice. I also suspect he barely spent half the money Sir tender Alex did over the summer - making it hard enough to keep up let alone catch up. It will be interesting to see how Babel does next year, but when you talk about his splashing the cash, while ManUre were spending 15 mil on Nani, he was spending 5 on Benayoun. I'm not saying he's the right man for Inter, but his record is pretty good.

Aleksandr Hleb has left Arsenal in turmoil after confirming his desire to leave the club…
The Belarus international has been heavily linked with a move away from the Emirates, having earned strong interest from Internazionale and more recently Barcelona.
And agent Niki Spilevski revealed that the 27-year-old will leave North London this summer, following crunch talks with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger.
