Jesus how many times do we have to hear that Arnautovic just needs some details to sign? And even Hleb's agent said that he needed to settle some minor details with Barca, but ended up at Stuttgart

Wesley Sneijder's agent has admitted the Dutchman would consider a summer switch to Inter Milan, although he would also be happy to stay at Real Madrid and fight for a place. Real's incredible spending spree has left them with a squad so large that it now needs to be trimmed, with president Florentino Perezlooking to sell before he buys again.
Sneijder is one of the players to be linked with a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu and his representative Soren Lerby believes Inter would be a good option. However, Lerby also feels that his client could have an important part to play for Real this season.
"The Galacticos have built a team which can compete in all the competitions, but you need good players to rotate," said Lerby. "So Wesley doesn't feel out of place because he wants to give everything for them. At the same time a big player needs to play regularly and that may not happen at the Bernabeu.

Anyone saw the game today? We did just enough to scrape a win and I think that's what Mourinho wanted as we never really pressurized when Monaco had possession. Just like last season, we were happy to let them have the ball and defend deep. However, after seeing the game and the way Mourinho wants us to play there is no doubt that we desperately need a trequartista. ATM I would be happy with Deco also as long as we get someone. Without a trequartista we are going to struggle.
Looks like we have finally reached an agreement for Arna. A one year loan with the right to buy for 9m.

Poor old Pablo. He was wonderful at Valencia with Benitez but then it all started to turn sour I don't know if he lost a yard of pace or if teams figured him out and his lack of strength was too much of a problem. Certainly his star has fallen a long, long way. Almost as far as Saviola's, for that matter.

I would take anyone right now, even an Aimar with viral meningitis. We have also been linked with VDV, I think he will offer the same options as Hleb as he can play on the wing as well as behind the strikers.
Yesterday, we tried playing the short passing game in the second half and we need need someone at the top of the midfield to bring that fantasy into the game and to connect with the strikers. If we are going to play this way for the whole season I don't think Zanetti can even play in midfield anymore and Cambiasso,Muntari,Motta and Stankovic can all keep passing but we will get nowhere. We need a player who can take the game by the scruff of the neck and make those incisive passes. Otherwise all we can hope for next season is 1-0 victories.

Within 10 minutes of coming on Diego Milito scored the match-winning goal in a 1-0 victory over a Monaco in last night's Pirelli Cup.
All eyes were on Inter's new signing Samuel Eto'o who made his debut as a second half substitute, coming on for Mario Balotelli.
Inter Coach Jose Mourinho started the game playing a 4-3-3 formation with Ricardo Quaresma and Mancini on the flanks.
Both players flopped last season, forcing Mourinho to abandon his favourite system, so it was yet another chance to see if they still fit in his plans.
Chances were few and far between in a rather sedate encounter, but Mario Balotelli nearly put Inter ahead after the first minute.
Julio Cesar had to wait half an hour before he was really tested by a shot from Alejandro Alonso.
Mourinho made wholesale changes after the interval, putting a completely different team on show.
The substitutions quickly bore fruit as Sulley Muntari found Milito who beat Flavio Roma with aplomb in the 55th minute.
Inter defended their lead, playing possession football and were awarded the Pirelli Cup after the final whistle.
