Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. It's high time we gave one of these guys some rest. I want to see Balotelli start today with Milito upfront and Eto'o can come on later if needed or we can sub Eto'o for Milito later in the second half. The same goes for Lucio,Maicon and Sneijder.

We have a must win CL clash coming up next week and we need to rest everyone between Napoli today and whoever we are playing on the weekend.

Yeah, I was wondering when the subs when get in, but they were only done 5 mins before the end. I really didnt understand that. We'll have tired players to play important matches and that is not good.

P.S. Eto'o is a great striker, but how good is Milito? I love that guy!

At least Sneijder wasn't risked after the half and as it turned out, a clever substitution. After the half, we really didn't expend that much energy since we were just playing the ball around looking to keep possession and creating the odd chance. And like you guys said, the subs are unexplainable. Mancini for Eto'o? At least keep giving Balotelli the playing time he needs. The only reason you could understand the lack of subbing for Milito and Eto'o is so they can keep building their partnership as it's only about 6 games old.

Now Samp, who lost on the weekend. I'm more encouraged after todays performance that we can come away from there with a win.

Inter coach Jose Mourinho is keeping a low profile, deciding to stay away from the media spotlight as he leaves tomorrow's press conference to Lucio.

According to Il Corriere Dello Sport, Mourinho, who saw the win over Napoli from the stands on Wednesday evening, has decided not to take part in the pre-match conference on Friday afternoon.

He has been quiet since his sending off against Cagliari at the weekend. He received a one-match ban for his antics at the Sant'Elia after taking his protests for a foul on Mario Balottelli too far.

Sky Sport Italia have tried to grab a word from the coach after marauding the streets around Appiano Gentile, but the 'Special One' was not interested as bodyguards kept reporters at bay. Voices suggest that Lucio will give the press conference instead.

Inter play Sampdoria on Saturday night.
