Got to agree with Mou though, cruz was never in the game.

Of the three substitutes Obinna was the only one who did a descent job.

I dont know how anyone could have expected much more from Cruz as a midfielder. He can play as a striker, seconda punta, wide striker at times...but not central midfielder!

Cruz and Adriano haven't been called up.You think Crespo will get a chance?

Stankovic,vieria and dacourt are in there.I don't want zanetti in midfield as it pushes chivu to LB.

With limited options in midfield after Sulley Muntari became the latest addition to the casualty list, Mourinho was asked if Cristian Chivu will play in the middle of the park in Florence. "For me, Chivu is a central defender," he explained. "He played at left-back against Genoa but he's a versatile player who can play in midfield, so he will be an option because we don't have many midfielders. But for tomorrow we have Vieira, Stankovic, Dacourt and Zanetti, and that's a large enough group to form a team.

"We have a very strong group of central defenders at the moment. Only Nelson Rivas is out. All the others can play. As for the midfield, Jimenez could be back for the next league match, or the next Champions League match at the latest. The same goes for Cambiasso."

about the Cruz thing,I think Mourinho is way out of line,Cruz dosen't deserves this shit,Cruz is an inter icon,who won many games for inter on his own merit in the past.in my mind he will be always remembered as the Super sub.

I'm beginning to dislike mourinho,Serious Coaches dosen't talk to thier players like that.

Mancini lost the dressing room after 3 seasons and Mourinho will lose before the end of this year.

Looks like someone had to be made the scapegoat for the Genoa game and it was Cruz. Agreed GF.. a very over the top reaction on Mourinho's part.

Good news is that Gila's ban was upheld so he'll miss the game. In the form he's in and being an ex-Milanista, he was guaranteed to score atleast a brace against us.

Roma To Cruz For Julio - Reports

Roma may pounce for under-fire Inter striker Julio Cruz at the end of the season, according to Laromasiamonoi.it

The Argentine striker has been banished to the bench by an unforgiving Jose Mourinho and it is highly unlikely he will get regular first team football this season.

Cruz's contract with the Nerazzurri expires at the end of term and he may head to Roma. The Milanese club and coach have not offered the hit-man a contract renewal, fuelling speculation that this is his final season at San Siro.

Laromasiamonoi.it claims Cruz will be heading towards the Stadio Olimpico on a free transfer to boost Roma's attacking options next season. The striker will be allowed to talk with other clubs from January 1st and he could arrive by the end of the winter transfer window.

The only problem for Roma would be trying to accomodate the player's high wage demands. The solution would be to take Cruz on-loan until the end of the season and then come to an agreement with him for a permanent move in June.

The Giallorossi have been struggling badly in Serie A this season and they would need a prolific striker who would guarantee the side plenty of goals as they attempt to salvage their season.

Adriano is considering going back to Brazil.... Apparently, Mourinho told him very clearly that he has fucked up everything and wont get him to play again. Adriano said, it will take a VERY LOOONNGG time to be back in this side...

Stavolta puÃƒÂ² essere davvero la fine per Adriano all'Inter. Mourinho gli aveva restituito la fiducia ed il posto in squadra. Ora si sente deluso e tradito dal giocatore, come Mancini.

LO SCENARIO DI MERCATO
Roma alla finestra per Cruz. I giallorossi sono interessati pure a Crespo, ma a questo punto una sua partenza a gennaio non sembra piÃƒÂ¹ cosÃƒÂ¬ scontata. Entrambi gli attaccanti argentini sono in scadenza di contratto, il pallino ÃƒÂ¨ in mano ai giocatori.

Per l'anno prossimo l'Inter ha giÃƒÂ riscattato il giovane Acquafresca dal Cagliari.
La variabile Adriano: rebus futuro. La posizione dell'Imperatore (sotto contratto fino al 2011) ÃƒÂ¨ piÃƒÂ¹ delicata. I nerazzurri possono permettersi una rivoluzione del genere a metÃƒÂ stagione? E' un bel rompicapo.

It would be tough to find him a buyer but hell, there are heaps of cashed up Premiershit clubs that could take him off our hands for some nice silver. Probably Man City would be the ideal destination as they could offer good cash and he's got heaps of Brazlians he can hire prostitutes with over there.

Anyway, game time soon and let's hope for the best. My hunch is we'll see Vieira - Stankovic - Zanetti in middle and Mancini - Ibra - Quaresma upfront. Regardless, it's a tough game so let's see what happens.
