Sounds like Allegri is being a good little mister and falling into line for Galliani. 'Only' Barcelona can stop Milan from winning the CL, and this from a team who lost to Spurs last season. What a load of crap.

So Aquilani is virtually a Milanista and Galliani announced it. I don't have official confirmation of the terms but from what I gather it's loan deal with an option to buy for 6 million (spread over 3-year installments). The option to buy becomes mandatory should Aquilani make 25 appearances for Milan next season, which I imagine he will.

If he stays injury-free, a very good signing and will inject some much neeeded quality in the midfield. Not enough to get to the level of Real Madrid, let alone Barca, but good addition nonetheless for a great price

i don't mind him, but he's going to have to prove himself as a better player than what i think he is. aquilani has never had the balls to step out of the 'promising youngster' shadow that has plagued his career so far, but i hope he can emerge from his shell to be the player he was meant to be. i'm not excited about this signing one bit, and i don't think it improves our chances in the CL either.

taiwo is out of for a month after a sprained anke.

it seems that flamini might've damaged a cruciate ligament and he'll be out for awhile. that leaves us thin in the CL where gattuso has a 4 match ban.

also, the rumors for kaka's return won't stop. the reports say that galliani had a secret deal with perez and kaka's dad that if there was no buyer for kaka' by the end of the transfer window, milan could get him at a cut throat price. who knows and who cares if it's true, but i would take him back in a heartbeat. he's too classy of a guy to be playing for those assfuckers in madrid. he might not be what he once was, but he is miles better than any midfielder that is currently on our roster.

i hope that he returns and that he kicks ass so he can throw it in moaninho's face.

I was hoping for Ganso or Kaka (Kaka's wasting his career in Madrid) - although I like Boateng he's not a classic no.10.

Aquilani is a good signing for our squad but he's not a top player & is injury prone.

Looks like the Berlusconi Finivest fine is eating into our transfer money - I thought they said if we won the league they'd buy 2 top players! Maybe there is still a surprise on 31/8....

We absolutely need another midfielder if the Flamini injury is that serious. It seems Flamini's tenure with Milan is plagued by injruies and incosistencies so it's not like we had him pencilled as a key man nonetheless we definitely need another midfielder to replace him.

I'm not totally against Kaka's return but definitely do not favour it. I do not believe in 2nd stints, he's definitely not going to be the player he once was but might still be useful. If we're running out of options I suppose we can get him and shift Boateng to a midfield role.

BUT, if we are getting Ganso in January, then no point in getting Kaka and probably we'd be better served by a low key addition in midfield to make up for the Flamini/Rino situation.

Kaka hasn't really lit up Madrid I know but I think he has more to offer Milan.I hope he returns.
