ADRIANO GALLIANI has reassured the supporters.

AC Milan holding company, Fininvest – which is owned by the Berlusconi company, has been ordered to pay €560 million to CIR by court and there were fears that the mercato of the Rossoneri would be hit.

However, in the first press conference of the 2011/2012 season, Milan Vice President Galliani has assured that this decision has nothing to do with Milan, only days after sounding a little concern about it.

“I’d like to take this opportunity and say that the Lodo Mondadori case is not connected to AC Milan and the market of Milan will not be affected, I want to reassure everyone, the fans and the team,” he said.

“The owner of Milan will be Berlusconi, you can sleep calmed.”

Silvio Berlusconi, who is also the Prime Minister of Italy, had to skip this press conference as a sign of mourning and respect of Roberto Marchini, 28-year-old, the Italian sapper who died today in Afghanistan.

AC Milan forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has completed a loan move to French side Saint-Etienne.

The Ligue 1 side announced via their official website that the 22-year-old has joined for the 2011-12 season.

The Gabonese international joined the club in January 2011 under a separate loan agreement, and he has decided to return to Christophe Galtier's outfit once again.

Aubameyang explained his ambitions on finalising the transfer: "I want to play the maximum amount of matches I can, but more importantly, I will score goals. I have been criticised in the past but I want to prove to people I know how to score goals."
