I hope the boys aren't distracted by this draw. Milan is gonna be tough tomorrow. I read that Mexes isnt called up for the squad cause of a knock. Can anyone verify this? What about Juan? Has he recovered yet?

i dont know if anyone has seen this already elsewhere but a friend emailed me this forum link about an hour or so ago which i presume is the actual message/post that was sent to the media that helped ignite all this controversy about the draw being rigged:

check the time of the earliest post with the apparent 'leaked' info - posted about two hours before the actual draw. when you get to the later pages of this thread, the real drama starts to happen....interpol being notified, daily mirror admin looking for names that leaked the info. the guy ("confused") who posted the original message has some pretty startling stories about how no bookies were taking bets. interesting stuff for those seduced by conspiracy theories.

Just saw that on CH4 glad. You know it wouldn't surprise me one bit if the thing was rigged, even though I highly doubt that it is. It's kinda like that whole chelsea v.s. barca deal a couple of years ago. What was it four seasons straight they were drawn together.

yeah, i dont know what to make of it either but it is a great read..lol. what is interesting is how this thread has become part of the mass media, circulating all over the world. the user, "confused", may end up being famous from this. imagine how the media may be delving into all his old posts just so they can muster up a biography / profile on this guy for their stories too...hopefully for him, he hasnt posted anything too revealing or compromising.

looks like the news is just starting to make its way through the italian media. they have some italian reporter now asking for user's phone numbers for interviews. too funny.

why couldnt this happen to us here??? lol...imagine the fun the media would have reading all our old posts?
