With Juan out, at least it seems that JS will be available, which seemed questionable yesterday. Doni *and* Juan missing seemed to give potential for some worrisome moments.

Mexes will be able to do the business in Juan's absence, so I'm not to worried about that. Philippe is a warrior who knows he's not been at his best, but he won't let us down and I'm sure we'll see the real Mexes back. More concerning is that Vargas is out for Fiorentina's game against Inter, which is feckin shite. That is a big blow.

Shit, this could be a huge weekend for Roma. An Inter loss or draw tonight and a win for us tomorrow could see us top-of-the-table for the first time since… well I don't know since. Then it would be all in our hands, we would be in control of our own destiny, five games away from only our fourth scudetto in our history…. feck me.
