I couldn't even finish a quarter of that article. It is still beyond me how some Juve fans will not accept what their team did, and the fact that they got easy for it. WTF!!!

If that is what you call a birthday present aba, then I think you had better find the dictionary and look up the definition. Anyway, my favorite lines are as follows:

I submitted this as a comment to the goal.com article. It may not make it past the censors so I'll post it here. I think some of you should do the same. It's the best I could do under the circumstances.

'I think Signor Salinas, and some of the other mind numb robots who proclaim the innocence of rubentus should get off the drugs and check into the nearest rehab facility. I have rarely had the opportunity to read such drivel, especially Giuseppe's explanation of Legrottaglie's hand ball. A sober individual could never submit such garbage and claim authorship.'

Dino, the complaints by juve fans will fall on deaf ears for obvious reasons. The club had its way in Serie A for decades. For decades Dino, the evidence was there on the field but nobody could prove it. Finally, when they are caught and punished, we hear the crying about fair treatment. Well you can damn well understand why nobody has an ounce of sympathy for juventus. Why do they deserve any sympathy. They are a tainted club and just like a felon who serves time in jail, the stigma will be with the club for some time.

How can any juve fan expect anything but grief when the teams that we support were victims of the corruption? Do you think Roma was not a victim Dino. You mention some situations this year where juve were once again accused of something. Fine. Let me ask you something. When was the last time you saw a team admonished for taking too much time for a throw in? I will tell you that I honestly cannot remember when I have seen it on the professional level. But that is precisely what happened to Cicinho in the Roma-Juve match. That call led to the goal three minutes from time. Of course, it's Roma's fault for allowing the goal in that situation in what was a complete mental breakdown.

So every close call that goes juve's way is questioned. How is that different from years prior to Calciopoli? The questionable calls, or non calls were the subject of constant debate. The fact that it continues post Calciopoli is something that must be expected given what happened, and further, in light of the appeals reducing the juve points deductions which paved the way for a quick return to Serie A.

Juve fans are just going to have to deal the the situation at this point. I don't know how you can complain. You spend a season in B and you are in second place right now. I think you should all recognize and appreciate the fact that it could have been much worse.
