We need Vučinić in our new, Ranieri revived lupi...

I'm seeing only that Brighi and Cicinho will be available to il mister for the Paleremo gig on Wednesday. Nothing at all about the Vooch and his knee problem.

Marco, I know it's water under the bridge now but Pauly was only busting some balls, giving as good as he got. I'll tell him you still love him...

Gio & Lupa, for me Fonseca did his best work at Napoli and of course for Uruguay! I could easily drift into a mention for Enzo Francescoli on the Uruguay point... a superb player!

I'm glad to know that at least there are some people here who know calcio from 'back in the day'. I dropped a reference to 90's Parma the other day and I don't think anyone got it.

Fonseca was not even a regular player when he was at Roma. More often than not, he started from the bench. He had some decent games as I recall but he was very injury prone if memory serves me correctly.

He Lupa, we don't play games with age. At least I don't. Of course Tomasso, or Maro, has been 33 for about 10 years. Edzo, he claims to be 27; Stefano is 27 I think; and the rest, well, I'm not really sure because these men really avoid the issue it seems. Anyway, it's not a big deal. Just ask Carlo.

Age shouldn't really mean anything. Gio, ask Ahmed or Tony...when they first saw my pic they didn't believe I am the age I am. Or if so then I wasn't showing an authentic photograph of myself.

I'm going to get a pic with a time/date stamp and do what you did, one of these days. Show it for a few hours then delete. Better yet, use one of my art programs to do a pencil sketch image. You never know just who is browsing!

Andrew & Marco, Burdisso would be my choice too. Mexes will be gone next summer, maybe even January. Milan's defence is a shambles even with Nesta. If he is out through injury it will be worse! They will throw money at us for Mexes!

Loved Baggio and I hate that he is always remembered for that failed PK because he was the reason they were there in the first place! If we're talking about fave Italian players who didn't have the good sense to wear a Roma jersey, I'll throw Maldini's name in there.
