Lupa, da me anche...

Welcome, she wolf! You are the first female to join our forum since Angela (a Juventina and a friend of mine) who left just under a year ago. We can't really count Marina who was only trying with her husband to get business for their mail order firm! So, all being well, let's hope you enjoy being here!

To business...now that I'm over the euphoria of the win I can think that last night showed us quite a number of things:

Ranieri's firmer hand of discipline in having i ragazzi do without their rest day and making them stay over in Trigoria before the match brought out the best kind of reaction from them on the pitch. The game wasn't just won in the first half, even if our goals all came then. We made La Viola work hard to even just contain us for all but the last few minutes of the second half when we saw that terrible concentration lapse which gifted Fiore a goal and nearly let them take a second until we got our act together again into injury time!

For all his shortcomings as a coach I have the feeling Ranieri will fare better in finding a solution to that particular long standing flaw of ours. It's all down to man-management which for all his tactical expertise, Spalletti lacked. I also get the feeling Gladiator Claudius as some are calling him will find a way to compensate for the fact we are not as fast moving forward now as we once were...of course this is only up to a point. We will still have our limitations and we mustn't forget last night we played a team with plenty problems of their own, starting with Prandelli!

I can't believe he didn't start Jovetic as Mutu is clearly distracted. Quite aside from their usual flaws which were all too apparent, Fiorentina are now having to work through the added uncertainty of i fratelli Delle Valle threatening to sell the club over the new training ground affair.

But to finish, I was glad to see Okaka given a chance (I hope Vuci isn't out for long with his left knee) though our quality of balls passed to him left a lot to be desired! Faty looks promising and I'll say again I'm not sure if Doni will get back as automatic first choice if Julio Sergio keeps going as is!

There's still a lot of work to do and in the meantime we may well see ourselves out of the EL which won't help Italy's coefficient as regards our number of European places...what I feel sure of is we can dismiss all the relegation doom and gloom talk of a couple of weeks ago because even if Ranieri is a 5 star clown in Europe, he knows Serie A and even though we want better, he will keep us in the top seven until our salvatore della patria arrives to deliver us from our modern day Lucretia Borgia to the Promised Land!

Then maybe I'll reinstate my centurione romano avatar!

Unicredit, ingiunzione di pagamento contro Roma 2000 per 330 milioni di euro

La notizia circolava da tempo. Ora il passaggio ÃƒÂ¨ stato formalizzato. Lo Studio Grimaldi aveva depositato a suo tempo un ricorso per decreto ingiuntivo a nome di Unicredit contro Roma 2000 (sub-holding di Italpetroli e diretta controllante di As Roma) per 330 milioni di euro presso il Tribunale Civile di Roma.

E' molto improbabile che a depositare l'atto sia statoa suo tempo l'avvocato Roberto Cappelli dello studio Grimaldi e associati, dal momento che lo stesso ÃƒÂ¨ consigliere di Italpetroli, oltre che della As Roma (in quota Unicredit), quindi con un discreto conflitto di interessi in essere.

Il ricorso ÃƒÂ¨ stato a tutti gli effetti il primo passo concreto e tangibile della banca di piazza Cordusio per rientrare del credito vantato con Italpetroli, al di lÃƒÂ del pressing 'a parole' che nei mesi ÃƒÂ¨ stato messo in atto nei confronti della famiglia Sensi.

A quanto diffuso oggi da alcuni organi di stampa (tra cui Corriere dello Sport, Il Tempo, Gazzetta dello Sport), il giudice incaricato ha accettato il ricorso presentato da Unicredit, e quindi avrebbe concesso la provvisoria esecuzione, richiesta dallo stesso istituto di credito in sede di ricorso.

Di certo Roma 2000 si opporrÃƒÂ , ma la banca dell'ad Profumo ha l'ok del giudice e quindi puÃƒÂ² far partire da subito l'azione esecutiva, procedendo fino al pignoramento dei beni equivalenti al debito contratto con l'istitituto bancario.

Claudio Ranieri intervistato dalla Domenica Sportiva risponde cosÃƒÂ¬ a chi gli chiede di Menez: "Jeremy ÃƒÂ¨ uno di quei giocatori come Henry, Viera, Gourcouff, voglio dire che come loro ÃƒÂ¨ arrivato troppo presto in Italia. E' un calciatore che ha bisogno prima di fare 100-150 partite in Francia, ma non mi fraintendete, non vuol dire che lo boccio".
