So Destro is happy with €1.5m per season plus bonuses? Good for him. We initially offered him €1.2m, I believe, so I'm sure he'll be extra happy with that extra €300,000. Now all he has to do, aside from spending that extra moula, is win the fans over after all this ordeal and prove that he is capable of stepping up from a promising young striker to one able to repay the faith showed by Zeman and lead the line and score on a regular basis. Here's our Ivan Piris after his medical. The deal is a loan for €1m with an option to buy for a further €4m at the end of the season. Although then it adds he will sign a contract until 2017 – which I don't understand if he is only initially arriving on loan.

This is him being made a fool of by Neymar, but he at least kicked the cnut at the end (although he dived too, he's a terrible diving cnut)



Also looks like Greco is gone. He yesterday. He will sign a three-year deal. No fee for transfer mentioned.

Mattia Destro is currently holding talks to complete his move to Roma and Siena teammate Massimo Paci reveals “he made the decision last night.”

The striker was at the centre of a tug-of-war with Juventus even after Genoa and Siena had reached an agreement to sell him to the Giallorossi.

This afternoon the Italian international arrived in Rome for a meeting with agents Claudio Vigorelli and Renzo Contratto and Roma director Walter Sabatini.

“We learned last night that he had made this decision,” Siena teammate Paci told Sky Sport Italia.

“We are both from Ascoli-Piceno and we shared a room at the Siena training camp. Seeing him for the first time was just like seeing Giuseppe Rossi train. They had the same humility.”
