Where does appointing Zeman fit in with Roma's project?

Can't imagine him lasting more than two years and it may well only be one.

He may well give more youngsters a chance than other coaches would, but appointing him isn't likely to bring any real consistentcy of playing style, which may make it harder for Roma to put a squad together in the longer term.

Zeman has already said he still only wants his usual one year contract, which shows he's not really willing to change his ways. He may not be what you'd consider the ideal candidate for a long-term 'project' and last more than a year, but it sure would be a fun year, and who knows, he just might build something really spectacular.
