Ita, in years to come I'd love to retire to Italia! I haven't even begun to think where though preferrably near Sorrento.

Only thing is that if oil prices continue to f*ck with the world's economy I may have to settle for South Africa instead if I want to follow the sun and make my cash count for more. 1.00 British pounds sterling = 15.28 South African rand and if a person is willing to close his eyes and mind to what is going on elsewhere in Africa in general, he could be forgiven for thinking he'd found a beautiful solitude in the Cape Town area...Clifton Bay in particular!

On the Atlantic coast, it's where the beautiful people gather, amongst the top 10 beaches in the world. The down side of course is that it's a hell of a lot further from Italy than the UK is...and is outside the Hot Bird satellite footprint so no Sky Italia, just Rai International!

Yes Aba, I agree with the abundance of corny one-liners in recent films, but that's what the Joker is about. Some bad one liners while destroying humanity for no real reason. I wanted 5-7; that would have been sufficient. I thought the other villain (who I will not name here, for those who have not seen it), was well done. A fine film indeed.

The Indian movie can really get to me. I can only put up with so much. It's not my cup of tea. But I have relatives who insist I take them when I go to India, so to appease them I do. I've fallen asleep on more than one occasion due to boredom, though its usually fun since one or two of my cousins aren't fans either and so we just start picking characters in the film and name them after various relatives with whom they share traits (and ourselves). We giggle like 12 year olds in the process.

Haven't seen Alexander, note to self: see it.

Alexander was a well made film. Stone did well not stray too far from Robin Lane Fox's biography. I haven't seen Dark Knight yet. Maybe I will do so today.

Movies get over hyped like crazy here. The two really good movies that I've seen in the last while, aside from a few independent movies, have been "There Will be Blood" and "No Country for Old Men". I haven't seen the new Batman movie yet, but I think it would be really hard to beat "Batman Begins". That was one of my favorite movies, and probably the best superhero movie I've ever seen.

Guys what about these new rumors linking us to Reyes? Some of the retards on the Chris' blog are convinced that this guy is what we really need, but at the same time fail to accept the fact that he hasn't scored a goal in 26 games as an attacker. The other rumor is going around is that we're after Malouda. I don't know much about Malouda, but I do know that Reyes is not the player we need. And for the love of God can we be linked to a player that's already based in Italy!

Tuna, I would be happy with Reyes (flexibilty into the system and a quality player who's had a few down years but I think has good potential upside given Spalletti's abilities) and Malouda (love him or not, he's a winger and a left sided one at that). Question for the latter would be wages, I think, whereas Reyes might be a nice bit of a bargain and fit in well. It would take a little time but I think he could be the surprise we are looking for. Let's not forget he started out well at Arsenal and they have a very fluid attacking game.

agreed on the based in Italy, but when Inter gobbles 'em up, what can you do?

In the end, rumors are nice but I want to see some signings unveiled offically until I believe anything.
